6 months ago⚠️ DO NOT ORDER IN STORE! YOU’LL WAIT 30 MINS OR LONGER FOR CHICKEN ONLY! THEY IGNORE ALL IN-STORE ORDERS AND FOCUS ON DRIVE THRU AND ONLINE ORDERS!!! I HAD TO LITERALLY ASK FOR MY ORDERS AFTER 30 MINS…OF CHICKEN ONLY! OMG! THE VIDEO UPLOAD WAS AT 20 MINS AND I WAITED ANOTHER 10 MINS..5 months agoThe food is still what is always been. What really made this lunch order for the crew was 2 things. The girl that took my order was the nicest and most helpful staff I’ve ever experienced at a fast food location… she deserves a raise and everyone to model after her way with customers. The second was the nicest act of kindness that restored my belief in people. This gentleman bought a full meal for this homeless person who seemed very hungry and needed a little love and hope. You could see they both received the gift of love, in this act of kindness.a year agoDon’t waste your time. Went through the drive through & only one other person was in line so they weren’t busy. Asked for a fill up bowl, Dr Pepper & a side of Mac & cheese. They repeated the order & it was right except the drink. I get to the window & they still give me the wrong drink & forgot my side so I went back not even a full minute later. She was nice enough & gave me the right drink but when I told her they also missed my side of Mac & cheese she came back & I was given just the Mac & cheese & nugget bowl which again was not what I ordered. Almost $19 for a wrong order TWICE is unacceptable.9 months agoAROURA AVE ,seattle KFC…I sick to death of these people , online the prices are different they advertise Meal Deal ..since when is 50 $ for chicken a deal? Who are these owners?…50$$$ tried to ask why the prices were different and the lady couldn’t understand me?? I hate KFC never ,never,never.4 weeks agoThis place has unfriendly people, bad service my 5 year boy smile to the employee’s says hi all he gets is dirty looks I pay $72 the employee screems at and my family to come get my food but every one else she’s brings it out to not a family environment. Employee on the phone loud sitting next to us can’t enjoy my dinner with my family 😒. Wow

3 months agoBreading on chicken falling off. Almost bare to the meat. Undercooked . Very oily today. Customer service was ok at best. Did not get dipping sauce I ordered. Safeway here I come. I recommend nothing here. Where is management, do they not see what’s going on at this place or they don’t care. This store has been a problem for years. I’ll wait another year or so again before I come back.3 months agoThis is by far the worst fast food restaurant for service and customer service, twice in a month I’ve ordered the 6 piece chicken wings, on both occasions I was asked to wait out front, on both I had to go inside and ask WHERE IS MY ORDER, the first took 35 minutes, the second 22 minutes. It wasn’t busy what I observed was 2 speeds, slow and dead stop. The employees had no interest in working effectively and no leadership. This location is a franchise and how it survived this long is beyond imagination, at $1.74 a piece (tax) NOT WORTH IT !a month agowhat a dump of a restaurant , I was there on 9-10-23 , The cashier did not ask for here or to go on the food and gave as the bag with no utensils or napkins , the drink dispenser not working so they give you your drink from the to go dispenser , my pepsi was flat when i told then they replied yeah is flat what other drink do you want , we were going to eat there and waited a good 6 minutes to get plates napkins and utensils , this is unacceptable to treat your customers like that , especially when you are not even busy , I don’t understand how a big corporation like this keeps this franchises open without a care in the world about customer service , the spoons they gave me are the long white ones for the root beer float , just all around a horrible experience2 months agoBeen through the drive through a number of times and always got quoted a different price when I got to the window or I notice my order got downgraded and charged full price. The place needs a shakedown. Always getting ripped off5 months agoIt’s fast food but this place is anything but fast its whole time here. No other customers inside or in drive-thru but the cashier was extremely rude at the drive-thru and acted really off. He didnt say hello, he didnt even open the window all the way and just stared at me as I handed him my card and he didn’t tell me the total as he took my card. The whole transaction was less than a dozen words, “Order now. Pull around. You can wait around front.” Theres no other cars around, I shouldn’t be told to move so their drive-thru time stays low… its scammy af. The customer service is nonexistent and they have had the worst staff of any fast food place I’ve been to.

What a great little combo of KFC/Taco bell. I only ordered from KfC side and the Spicy Chicken Sandwich was pretty solid. They don’t provide free water but not a big deal.
Terrible service and poor serving sizes. I ordered a regular fry and the quantity of fries were just half of the serving size. $5.59 for that? Be more human and think about whether you’d pay so much
It’s torture to go here… This is a combo KFC and Taco Bell location. It is so expensive for what you get. Service is one-note… They almost seem annoyed to help. Definitely better to try KFC outside of Queen Anne.
The workers are stealing customers, they are giving you less of what you ordered, I ordered 5 pieces of chicken tenders and they only give me 4, also I bought a combo meal who included Honey BBQ sauce they don’t give me the sauce. This was a really bad experience. Are the employers paying enough to avoid this situation?
Ordered from kfc mobile app and my order was said as got stolen when i arrived and ask the stuffs. They gave my order to a stranger without validating the customer’s name. They refused to make new food for me and asked me to call KFC customer service for this order. I started to call kfc customer service and did not get connected as of now and it’s half an hour now.
