in the last weekWent last night and they missed half the order and couldn’t get a hold of them. Went in this am and the manager apologized and re made the order which was really nice. Thank you for fixing the problem! It was a busy night and I understand how that could happen but appreciate that the manager did more than expected4 months agoThe staff was good at taking my order, but that’s where the “good” ends. My chicken tenders were cold and chewy. I purchased the 8 pack (tenders only), and it was just shy of $20. With two famous bowl meals ($8 each, came with a soda), this was a very disappointing, overpriced, unsatisfying ($38) meal. Went through the drive through, so atmosphere doesn’t count for much. I was really paying for convenience with this visit – willing to sacrifice money and nutrition – because of a long day. I don’t think I’ll be back again, it was not worth it.a month agoI see why this location has such low ratings. I asked for a 3 piece with biscuit. Got 3 thighs that were old and inedible. No biscuit. No receipt. I will never go to this Location again but will try another.2 months agoWhen k went through the drive through they initially said the standard offer. When I said my order they straight stopped responding, then hid in the back. Two other cars waited and left. Strongly suggest they fire the people working today.3 months agoI’ve been Dashing for a good while now, and this place is by far the worst restaurant I’ve been to yet. The closing shift manager was a complete tool. He had given the order I was there to pick up to the wrong person and even after I show that I’m the dasher and that I was there to pick up the order he completely blew me off and refused to make the order. He was also super disrespectful and hostile towards me for not being able to hear him even though I’m almost fully deaf.

in the last weekThe food is good but the employees are inattentive and habitually forget parts of your order. One time I ordered mashed potatoes but they forgot a spoon. Another time I asked for sauce and they forgot it. There was also a time I ordered a biscuit on the side but they forgot to include it.2 years agoI got home to eat my chicken. I was very disappointed. Usually when I go it’s juicy and falls apart. Makes my mouth water. This time the chicken wasn’t cooked all the way. I had to pull hard to get the meat off the bone. It didn’t taste right. To much black pepper. It didn’t have very much coating. This is the thigh I tried to eat.4 months agoThe employee at the counter had difficulty understanding English. Our order got mixed up and items missing. Chicken was moist. Biscuits were hard and dry. Coleslaw and fries were excellent. Our grandson loved his own personal Choc Bundt cake Prices are too high!4 months agoI placed and order online, when I got there, nobody helped me . They would just look at me and go do something else until I asked if somebody was planning to help me. It took them over 8 mins to notice me and only because I asked them. I had one order of 12 biscuits and 16 pieces of original chicken, Hispanic lady in the front only gave me 7 hot sauce and 5 honey sauce, I asked if I could get a few more and she replied with a (No, that should be enough) I even said that I would pay for the extra hot sauce and honey but her answer was the same ( no , that should be enough). Somebody need to remind the workers to keep their personal problems at home and stop acting moodie with their customers.4 months agoOrdered 3 piece with french fries. The chicken tasted like it was yesterdays chicken, it was all dried out and the French fries were limp, undercooked and spongy. Husband had the 3 piece chicken tenders. They were all dried out and the french fries were the same as i received. Not sure if we will ever go back.

I am KFC loyal customer. I love the chicken little. The new chicken sandwich is great as well. The food was hot and fresh. This location was clean and organized. My favorite KFC in the twin cities.
The employees were hard working; especially the man cleaning and attending the dining room. He was helpful to my friend, also, when she couldn’t find napkins.
The food was good BUT the prices were quite high, I thought.
Ty did an amazing job with my order. I felt his smile as i was ordering. Thank you so much. Sometimes people just want great service and that is what I got. Thank you again Ty
The $20 fill-up box is really good. Their fries were amazingly good and crispy. Customer service was great.
Once I ordered a 10-piece bucket family meal, our family favorite, along with drinks. What we found out was that there were 10 pieces but not a combination of chicken wings, drumsticks and breasts as advertised. It had mostly chicken wings and dingy skinny drumsticks. They did not even fill 2/3 of the bucket. I talked to manager who defended himself by saying they were running out of chicken pieces, but failed to say sorry or make good on next visit. This experience helped me eliminate that fast food chain name from our future order. And this incident at this store happened in 1999!
