7 months agoWhen you order your food, wait patiently for far longer than you should have (an hour and a half). Checked on the status of your order 4 separate times and keep getting told that they are working on it. Then are reassured that everything is there after waiting for so long, get home and find they still missed two of the large sides that you ordered. Then when you go back they tell you that you didn’t order it (it is on the receipt) and they say that they will give it to you anyway. Very, very disappointed. Not to mention that the floor behind the counter was so greasy or wet that people were slipping and almost falling down. The dining area with filthy. If anyone from corporate would like to reach out to me, please do.in the last weekThis store should be closed. Arrived at 3pm and waited until 3:30 to receive 12 pieces of dry chicken. Walked in side and was told drive thru only. Employees seemed very unorganized. Many cars were pulling away because of the wait time (as should I have) I mean $30 for 12 pieces of chicken 🐔 and that kind of service, come on now. Well never ever visit that location again let alone try KFC again 😱😠😪👎5 months agoGot the new 8 piece chicken nuggets and only received 7 tiny bite size pieces that were not freshly hot and then also got a spicy chicken sandwich and even tho the chicken was tender, it was warm and not freshly cooked or fried which is disappointing when you spend 10+ on both of them.2 weeks agoGot the twenty dollar fill it up And it was worth the money. Nice kid at the window. chicken and fries and biscuits were pretty good. I’d try it again.2 months agoWe walked in to review the menu and to ask a couple questions about menu items. While the drive-thru kept going and going, literally no one even acknowledged our presence (a family of four!) for almost 10 minutes. The kids were running around and my wife was getting cranky and was ready to walk out by the time someone finally came up front briefly to say they’ll be right with us. Another 10 minutes and finally someone took our order. 15 or 20 minutes after that we finally got our food.Walk in customers deserve to be served just as quickly as the drive-thru customers. We may not come back.

My friend bought me supper and we’re gonna check it out here. It’s just on the corner easy access.in the last weekI went last night and literally received the worst service ever the food was good but surprisingly the manager a older black guy was running the show he stopped in the middle if taking my order made me wait 5 minutes until someone else finally came and completed my order all he had 2 do was take the cash at that point then he proceeded to talk to customers in the most sarcastic rude tone while not properly serving them he had an issue with several customers he’s rude He’s also very unarticulate can’t speak well he’s rude to the guest the co workers and should never be in a position of leadership he also skipped me my order came 5 orders after my order I watched everyone get there food then he said he had to re make mine and was rude about it please fire him how can he mange or lead a team when he can’t lead himself please fire him worst experience ever ill never come back10 months agoSecond time coming here this month and all I can say is absolutely delicious. Satisfied my fried chicken craving and the customer service was great as well. Female lighter skinned African American Manager runs a tight ship, makes you feel comfortable, takes her job serious. She’s definitely a asset to the company. I haven’t had KFC in years but this specific KFC location has got me back into loving it! I only visit here for now on. I’min the last weekThis is my second trip. Let’s see how long my order will take today… I was told upon arrival through the drive-thru microphone that I had to come I to the restaurant. Which defeated my purpose of driving 5 miles. C’mon KFC

TERRIBLE!!!! Food and customer service below 1 star. I do not recommend at all! I’m not sure what this is but I asked for a 24 piece wing but they didn’t want to make more so we got a 12 piece instead. The orders are never correct but yet the staff are always rushing you.
This is a getto place the service and food is horrible the chicken it was dripping oil it was so greasy and look like old chicken looks like they reheat in oil it was grossed. After my kids and I eat we start feeling bad we have diarrhea and vomiting 🤢🤮 also the woman have a attitude.
Also the inside it bee close for couple years. I’m not going no more there this is the last time.
They need to put a good manager a responsible people who really want to work.
Got the 10 piece chicken tender deal. They gave me 9 pieces. And 3 were chicken nugget sized pieces. Plus they got all my sauces wrong. So technically a 7 piece.
This is a very high rated restaurant for KFC. The staff is excellent and courteous the place is immaculately clean all the time and the service is just out of this world. I will never go back to West Allis on Highway 100 again. They are terrible
AWFUL. We always get the wrong food when we order though doordash. Last time they told the dasher my order was already picked up. I never received the order at all, and when I called the store it just rang and rang and rang. Very annoyed. Won’t be ordering from this location again.
