The five stars is for GLORIA R. I’m giving is for Gloria R. drove around looking for my car are I searched for 30 minutes or so. She has no idea how grateful I am that she found it because I was starting to get really tired and my knee was starting to hurt and I’m glad she came through for me!!! And out of everybody that works at this lady is the only one that has made an effort for me just me as a Walmart customer she made a very good effort and Walmart I appreciate her more than anything. God bless her and I hope somebody can repay the kindness back to her.

How does anyone expect to have privacy? Walls are using the restroom when they won’t fix a latch that I asked him that needed repaired over a week ago.!!!! my legs are too short to hold the door closed so this needs to be fixed ASAP!!!!!

Went to Walmart tire center to have tire replaced. Had great service even though there were only two workers, it was great customer service in timely manner. Keep up great work. Its a department that clearly goes unnoticed.

If you have a gift card, you will spend 20 minutes for the cashier or self checkout to figure out how to charge the card. Then you will eventually checkout at customer service. Not the ripping on the workers there. They were helpful. I’m calling out the business. Give your employees the resources to succeed.

I’ll never go to Walmart again. Their delivery department was running an hour behind and never communicated about it. Called and they told me a refund would take 5-7 business days and that my driver was there waiting for my order so it would only be about 20 minutes. 2 HOURS later I got a notification that they had attempted a delivery. I was standing outside of my apartment to make it easier for them to find for the 20 minutes that it said the delivery was 4 minutes away. I had no formula and no diapers. If I had known this was the situation, I just would have gone to the store. But I waited and waited and waited with hungry babies for absolutely nothing.

The parking is huge, and the store has everything you need. Nice place to stop for long trips on the I-20. The restroom is clean and the employees are kind and helpful.

Love the clearance areas that are spread throughout the store.
Store was clean for the most part. Had to ask for cleaner to clean self check out. Not enough employees that were helping self checkout area so that it could run smoothly. This Walmart needs a parking lot patrol officer or 2 due to the fact my wife nearly got ran over while walking to our car. Plus we witnessed multiple others cut it to close.

This is the first Walmart that I’ve been in that does not have any people as the cashiers. The whole store is self checkout. Which I thought was awesome. I prefer to deal with a quiet machine over a rude person. People need to know this and start to value their jobs more because this may be the way of life soon for most stores.

Waited in line at customer service for 15 minutes to get a propane tank. When I got up to cashier she explained that the manager with keys to the propane just went on break and won’t be back for a minute. I said. More like 15 or 20 minutes? She said yes. I left and bought my propane tank at Lowes. You need to come up with a better system and not make your customers work to spend their money.

This Walmart is full of fun and helpful people other than the management when they’re on their store walk around. Super considerate and helpful in regard to me losing my wallet in the parking lot. It was returned! Ruth in the evening shift and then the lady in wheel chair at the front customer service desk who were both super helpful and friendly and getting me that wallet back really made a difference in my perception and ease of mind. They mentioned the “Cuban Guy” found in return my wallet and if I ever get a chance I will thank him in person. Okay, the walk around, was going on when I was trying to get an umbrella in the area of the outdoor that was locked up. The folks in the department tried to call twice, then I was walking back and a lady halfway to the front tried to help with a phone call, but finally the lady who helped me with the wallet at the customer service desk got someone to come and unlock that door. When you got somebody wanting to get something in a rush in the morning, that needs to be a priority over the walk around. I only make this comment because I believe if somebody in the management of the store reads this they will consider it. Clearly the store is well run and well cleaned especially considering what a busy store it is in an oil field town. Again thank you for the help in locating my wallet which started with the very friendly customer care of Ruth on the night shift. I was just there again last night on August 9th. So many wonderful people working there but I got to see Ruth again and she’s just awesome. What a sweet spirit, looking over the front end and keeping things rolling. This is a busy store and a lot of hard-working people coming through, especially a lot of Hispanic people. Everybody was so nice. Of course when you have a beautiful dog like my Panzer everybody is friendly!!

This Walmart has the WORST order pick up process. Every single time I’ve come to pick up my order I stay parked there waiting for an hour or longer while the employees are going to cars asking what their names are because they can’t figure out where the order goes. If they come to my car, it’s not with my order, it’s to ask what my order number is because they can’t find it. Never ordering groceries for pick up ever again here. It’s supposed to be convenient and quick and that’s not ever how it works out.
