  This store is more convenient for buying groceries but it lacks clothing and car products that you would find in a regular Walmart. That said the pricing of goods is the same and the store is easier to get to from the freeway on the south side of Pueblo. It’s also somewhat less busy when compared with the south side Walmart. I’d come here first if in need of food and pharmacy and only go further in if I needed clothing and car maintenance. Long story short it’s convenient for most of a days daily necessities and my personal favorite Walmart in Pueblo.

  You have to wait ten minutes listening to the phone ring, only to be hung up on, call again, wait again, hung up on again. Very, extremely rude. I’d put lower stars if possible what kind of service is that?

  So I was shopping this morning with my Walmart bag that I had purchased at another location and bring it in with me to shop. While I was shopping the security Female on the intercom kept selecting my location for example ‘turn on security cameras on A3’ when I looked up I was on that aisle and the only one there. She continued to announce to tun on all security cameras..etc. I’ve never felt like that before and was not a good feeling. Will not be returning to the Pueblo Neighborhood market. Shame on you. By the way I purchased a bag full of items.

  Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Walmart. Someone even asked if I needed help finding anything. At first I assumed maybe they thought I was shoplifting or something. I was taking photos of their extensive selection of processed meats and canned seafood for a friend haha. I knew there was something different about this Walmart when the cashier was friendly and had a likeable personality. Good job underpaid people! I appreciate it greatly!

  We really like this Walmart. If we’re running around town and think of something we need we stop there. Store is very clean,employees are helpful and friendly. We really need more Walmarts like this spread around town. I would love to see that happen!!!!

  We are so upset!
  Before we grab these clothes, we verified it with the sales lady and also the other staff, they are on sale and they are marking the price down, they said all the clearance clothes marked at 8$ below will be marked down as 1$, and 9-11$ will be marked as 2$. They are doing this since yesterday. We already got a lot of clothes, we spent more than an 1hr to choose. Upon reaching the counter, they are marking down the price with the other customer. When its our turn, the associate (saleslady) saw that our cart if full, she called the management just to get some help in marking down, because she is just the one doing the markings. The other associate also stated to us that she cannot accommodate us to mark down our items because she has work at the back and she has a goal to finish. Knowing that marking our items down one by one will take a long time. The upper management, on the phone, stated to the associate via telephone call that they cannot mark the price down already and said just scan the original price. We talked to the Mr. Hugh, their manager, and he just said sorry to us. Just because they don’t have enough staff to mark down our items so they will gonna to this to us? Its so unfair! A very horrible experience. We are so so upset. What a bad experience to us. We’ve been a customer of Walmart since then and this is our first time to experience this kind of service.

  Decent overall experiences in the past 2-3 months with weekly visits. I have had some issues with staff interfering with my service animal while we are inside shopping.

  They lock up all their product then don’t respond when being called, we tried getting some products- hit the call button like ten times, stood there for 20 minutes, CALLED THE STORE where they went on the speaker over the store to tell everyone we needed help, we stopped two employees which both said they would be right with us and never did then we I went to customer service to ask for the manager info- there he was sitting behind the counter chatting with another employee doing nothing.

  Waste of time. Don’t punish your customers because you are a high shrink store.

  Even though we went a little out of our way to check out this Walmart we were truly pleasantly surprised. The facility was huge parking was easy and plentiful and they had in stock the items that I mostly needed. The one item that they were out of and it was a Sunday so no one was there to double-check we’re relion lances. I was so hoping to find these in stock. However I did a little bargain shopping and got some nice clothing for very reasonable prices for both my husband and myself. Very nice location and one thing I do want to mention if I am correct and remembering this they only had three checkout lines in addition to all the other self checkouts. Never seen it like this before but I guess that’s what the world is coming to. Thank you we would return.

  So we were told to come back In 20 mins I do exactly that to then be told to come back after 2. Because they were closing for lunch but was still cashing other person out at the register but couldn’t do that for us it would of took 1 min to scan my daughters antibiotic so that I could then drive back 40 mins to my home but no I now must wait in the parking lot till they reopen. This pharmacy isn’t caring at all. I won’t be returning.

  neighborhood Walmart Pharmacy is way better I really enjoy the people there they’re knowledgeable friendly know me by my first name getting that smile and personal care to your medication or details the very important thing to me as well as others the larger Walmart Pharmacy the one I’m actually reviewing right now I don’t really appreciate as much because they are larger they let your name Fall by the wayside of numbers. Make you wait ridiculous amounts of time to fill your medication it’s stupid
