  It was a nice experience. As quick as they were loading shelves ppl were grabbing. The lines were long. My cashier was a young man in management. I saw his attire and had to ask, Are you a new employee? He said , no mam I’m normally in the office. I thought it was nice to see him caring about the customers time..

  I used to love shopping at this location but of late, it’s really declining. They stock shelves all day long and have multiple stockers cluttering the rows and often block your passage. They don’t ever speak to you even if you’re obviously looking for something you can’t find. Which brings up the next thing….last 4 visits, I go up for a few items, most of which aren’t in stock. Took 2 weeks to get organic eggs. Milo Tea constantly out. Then of course, not sure if they have a theft problem but they have you come in to the right, and out through the left if you’re facing the store. You are constantly crossing streams with people leaving when you’re coming and with people coming when you’re leaving. Counter intuitive and not ergonomic at all.

  Food Lion right up the road is more expensive, but none of these issues exist there.

  Loved it! Extremely clean, great prices, friendly staff! No long wait in lines, also plenty of cash yourself spaces! It is very cold in there ,I would suggest bringing a sweater.

  While the bakery items are pre made Walmart does everything within reason to ensure it’s freshness. Nice variety of goodies. That vanilla iced donut is my personal favorite.

  Went there this morning around 7am, first thing went to the meat section there was two roast packs that were spoiled, I had to bring it to the stockers attention. Second the stockers were all in the way hard to shop. Third there was no registers open no choice but to use the self ck out lane; honestly hate using the self ck out one I dont get paid from Walmart or any incentives to use the self ck; but worse the older women who works that always cms and watches over ur shoulder like everyone is a theif, this morning I was the only one over there when her she cm like clock wk to stand over my shoulder. I said to her why are u standing over me watching everything Iam ringing up I am not a thief and dont appreciate being treated like one. Her response was u are the only one over here. I told her if she didnt move I was leaving and would never shop here again. I told her it is very offensive to have her watching over ur shoulder like ur a thief. She said if I wanted to watch u I could on this device that she held up looking like a ph.(Really walmart is that how u treat ur customers) And Last I thought Walmart was suppose to be cheaper than anyone else but the prices are just as much as any where else or more. I guess Walmart doesnt think the customers are paying attention.

  Last Saturday(15OCT22) at around 6pm I went into Walmart to buy a bunch of ingredients for a new recipe I was trying and was struggling to find the Rosemary in the spices isle. Thankfully Lou was there and helped me find that very ingredient! Haha, it was right in front of us 😅 Not only was she very helpful but also very kind and had a great positive attitude! Walmart is lucky to have a great work like Lou! Hope nothing but the best for her!

  I don’t even know where to begin. This is a review for the delivery service.

  I placed my order today to have my groceries delivered between 4-5pm and my groceries didn’t start driving out until after that time. I’m glad I didn’t waste money to pay for express because I probably wouldn’t have received them in time. This is a small issue I had with them. My next issue came when I checked my app at 5:40 and it stated my groceries were delivered. I put that I would like to have them signed so I thought there must be a mistake. It turns out my groceries weren’t delivered to my door so I called with no response for another 15 minutes. After having no success with that I then went on to chat and was told that it looks like I received and signed for the order. The driver’s name is Eugene and apparently he gave my entire order $200 to SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!!!!!! The chat agent said there was nothing she could so I would need to contact my bank. I called Walmart at this location and had to contact Pharmacy and someone finally answered the phone. The gentlemen I spoke with was very helpful and gave me the groceries direct line. A lady picked up and investigated and told me the same thing. Basically there’s nothing she could do, it’s out of her hands. I was shocked and honestly in disbelief. Someone stole and signed my name and I’m without groceries. I called 1-800 and the gentlemen name Jalal was helpful and reassuring however it’s above is threshold so he couldn’t help. Here I am now out of $200 and I’m waiting for them to tell me if I will get my money back or not as if I’m wrong. This is crazy to me and I have no way to file a complaint my against Eugene.

  If you’re ordering delivery from this place just beware that you may not get your groceries at all because there’s no type of security. Eugene left my groceries with someone and my name and information is on the papers and I feel exposed. I will never shop at this location EVER again and I’m honestly not sure I’ll ever shop at any Walmart delivery or pick up again. The best thing is to go in and do your own shopping.

  Btw: Pick up can be slow as well and forget items so make sure to check your orders with that too.

  On Christmas Eve the store hours are posted as 6am to 6pm a two employees are standing at the exit doors blocking customers from exiting shouting out to incoming customers that the store is closed. It was 5:20pm. They still had 40 minutes to go. What a way to go to treat their customers. Doesn’t make me want to come back to this location. Apparently they don’t want anyone’s business.

  This store needs to be shut down, they are ALWAYS under staffed.. The Customer Service Center is rarely ever open.. Whoever runs this store needs to be demoted to a cashier or something.Oh and online shopping S*cks… I wait 45 for my groceries to come out and they never came out. Had to leave because I was on my lunch break. I do feel bad I only seen one young lady working and when I called whoever picked up talked like we were friends NOTHING was professional about the experience. I ended up leaving my groceries because I was on my lunch break and had already went over on my break waiting.. Hopefully when I go back they ain’t out my grocery back… But this is one of THE WORST GHETTO RAN WALMART EVER.

  I usually do the grocery pickup since my mobility is limited til I have my surgery. This option is a blessing and a curse. Yes its a big help not having to push a heavy cart in the store. In it was getting much to cumbersome to use the cart that doesn’t hold much and trying to get things off the higher shelves. But at the same the fruits and vegetables you would get …smh … Most of time be prepared to head back to the store! By the time you cut a away the bad part you may have enough for at least one serving! Of course there has been times not even that! On the few rare occasions I received large fresh fruits and veggies that looked I picked out myself i wished i could request that person to pick my order all the time!!! And the others to never touch my order again. Especially the one that gave me moldy strawberries! Money wasted because the app doesn’t allow you to do returns all the time.

  Ok! But they always have computers on Clearence but they never have anything in stocks. What good are they if they advertise in store items but every week the truck comes in, Nothing cones in!!!! Walmart need to do better than they are doing. The long lines are incredibly exhausting then you have No in stocks items. This makes 2 months the same computers are on CLEARANCE but nothing is in Stock.

  I am up here shopping and just looking around and realize Halloween stuff is out and look for help to find the item in question i find tamara hope i spelt that right. Any way she drops everything and helps me find some that can help and together they do there best to help me Tamara and Denise were very helpful i got so excited i accidently popped one of the hooks out of place im sorry wal-mart team!   Worst experience ever! Had a pick up window for 3-4. It’s now 5:53! Spock with an associate 45 minutes ago who said he would get it right out. BS. I have never ever had an experience this bad. If I wasn’t picking it up for a family member I would have canceled it and left 2 hours ago. No one is answering the phone either.

  They only had 2 riding carts. I am disable that store needs to get more. And if they don’t want people 🙄 to go off with riding carts. They need to but 2 workers outside to bring them in. We has disable people would like to shop to. DON’T LEAVE US OUT. 😢
