- Reviews:The worse service that I had experienced in this clinic. The Doctor ask about my sickness, I told him migraine and painful all over my head and body. He told the attendants to check my bp level. After that take medicine. As a Doctor, he never check my heart beat, pulse and never explained about my sick. Why I feel giddy? I think he is not suitable to be a Professional Doctor. Please take note. Don’t visit this clinic. I’m going to complain regarding this issue to my HR, remove this clinic from our panel clinic. The Doctor’s name is Dr.Satvinder Singh. Please treat your patience properly. They are your PAY MASTER. Second thing I didn’t expect a doctor to consult this way . The moment i enter i told her I’m having flu then i told I’m having cough . She didn’t even bother to check at me instead of using a stupid tab to upload the description of my body condition over there . She asked me did i take any medication or not then she said ok that’s all. Is this how doctors work ? Getting money from patients but never give them a manner . At last i told her i need mc cause I didn’t go for work today , the first thing she asked me is “why you never go for work”. Wah a doctor can ask this question to a patient. More important being a Indian doctor why should be more arrogant to a Indian patient. I have never saw a malay or Chinese doctor welcome their patient in this way . Their more presentable and good in manners. Come on guys try to work for your profession not for bloody money. Try to change your character a bit being a doctor . The worst clinic and worst doctor ever i met in my life . One of my most visited clinics. Doctor Gan is very nice and friendly but recently the staffs are very rude and unprofessional. They talk to you as if you are kindergarteners with inappropriate tone. Will not be coming back again.
The doctor Gan consultation is good, but the staff (Chinese staff) very rude and displeased to talk. Request the credit card use pin number avoid direct tag the card, but the staff just ignore the request.
The male doctor did not to perform detailed check for patient condition. Attitude is cold and not showing courteous and care. Nurse are worst, do not perform their assistance in professional way. Forgot to distribute medicine until we reminded them. Overall dissatisfied by the service provided.
One of the worst clinics I’ve been. And im a medical student, I know my stuff. I came in to get a sick leave for my usual period cramp. I usually go to another clinic but that was closed so I had to come here. This clinic gave me 4 different tablets cost me RM108 for a period cramp which I usually get my sick leave and 1 type of tablet for RM30 from my usual clinic. So I walked out the clinic refusing it and went to another clinic. The female Dr didn’t even ask for my history I just said I have period cramp and thats it she didn’t ask me anything, she asked me to go sit outside and collect my medicine.
Me and my wife were having high fever. She got it from me. Both of us went to this clinic . The doctor check my wife …did Covid test not sure whether is it rtk or pcr. But Dr Co firm influenza. Nothing more than that. As fir me he only check my blood pressure and took my temp. Out of shock at the counter the clinic charge us RM627. The medicines were normal one. Nothing special. Why charge so high? What is so special? I will never go back there again. Those who wanted to go this clinic think twice. Their charges ..are too much. Doesn’t make sense at all.
