  1. I tried to save a couple of hundred dollars and called another plumber to change out my reverse osmosis filters, which they recommended I needed. It appeared that their technician was not familiar with my system and water spurted out all over the cabinet on onto my kitchen floor. He then took out my filters to his van and I followed because it was highly unusual. He then asked if I had a specific wrench to which I replied, “why would I have tools? Don’t you have the necessary tools?” He did not. I told him to please just put everything back and I would call Pure Plumbing instead. He put everything back. Jacob, from Pure Plumbing arrived shortly after. He tested my system, showed me the results and informed that my filters were fine and I did not need to replace them yet. He checked my system to make sure there was no damage and that it was put back correctly. It was. He checked the rest of my home and was very professional and provided options to things he recommended I get fixed. I will always call Pure Plumbing moving forward. They may be a bit higher priced, but you actually do “get what you pay for”. Thank you Jacob! You are such a blessing to me!

  2. Thank goodness for Dave! He installed our water filtration and water softener systems at a very reasonable price, and now we have clean, drinkable water all throughout the house. He even tested the water and demonstrated to us what clean water looks like compared to the hard, mineral filled water that we have in Nevada. We also had a ceiling leak, and he helped us get through the ordeal as painlessly as possible. We really appreciate the initiative that he took to find us the right tub faucet to replace our old broken one. He fixed our tub faucet without a hitch and the leak associated with it, even helping out to make sure that the surface underneath the pipes was dry. Dave is the most professional, most competent and most extraordinary plumber we’ve ever had the good fortune to meet. He really listens to his clients and is very patient when answering all of their questions. It is guys like him that make us stick with Pure Plumbing. We have been their clients for years, and we are very happy with the service they provide. They are always on time when you need them, and they always do the job right the first time. Great value and great service.

  3. At 6:30am, we woke up to a flooded garage😧. The lady who answered the call was lively and helpful. Pure gave us a service time between 8-10am. Courtesy text messages kept us aware of what to expect. The technician arrived in a timely manner, quickly assessed the problem, and immediately started the replacement. Everything was clean and precise. We were educated on how to insulate the valves and take better care of the tank moving forward. Our job was complete before noon. Daron is professional and thorough. Thank you for sending your best😃

  4. The set up of the appointment was very smooth, completed in one phone call. They were able to install a new water heater the same day I called. Stephen D was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very transparent on the process and next steps. I would definitely recommend him and Pure Plumbing & Air. 💯

  5. Needed a PVC Pipe elbow joint replaced in my garage that was leaking. Pipe was not under pressure. Just needed to be cut, new joint installed + glue… The same easy fix that happens all the time under your sink. I already removed the drywall.

    They wanted to charge me $750.00!

    I went to Home Depot, got the join and glue for less than $12 and fixed it myself in less than 20 minutes.

    These guys are a complete rip-off.

    Not your local honest plumbers… just sad.

    I can’t say enough about this company! Ideal Services came out the same day and were so professional and fast. Jason Garcia was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything to me and my elderly aunt and uncle (who the services were provided to). What I appreciate the most and value was his customer service because again he explained the problem my relatives were having with their plumbing and he offered a solution that they were comfortable with.     I was connected with Ideal Services through my home warranty team. From the time I called my home warranty until completion of the project it was less than 36 hour turnaround. Miguel, the plumber who arrived was patient in explaining the situation and what needed to be done. His customer service was excellent. Ideal Services utilized a very efficient texting system whereby I was quickly provided an appointment, was kept apprise of the status and was informed by the plumber when he was near arriving. Excellent service on this interaction and would recommend them based on this and Miguel’s customer service and work. Thank you!

    Technician Anthony gave me a courtesy call with his estimated time of arrival and was punctual. He greeted me with a smile and was ready to assess and ultimately located the issue of our power outage. He had parts (breakers) readily available and successfully restored our power issues.     The handle to my bathtub broke off. I have a warranty contract with AHS and Ideal Services was the contractor that was assigned to the case. After 24 hours Ideal Service had not contacted me as per the contract. I called them. The first time I was on hold for ten minutes. I hung up. Tried again the following day and was able to get a service appointment for the following week. A technician came out and said he didn’t have the faucet handle that would work on my fixture and he would have to look for one as my fixture was an older model. He stated that it may no longer be manufactured and that would mean the entire fixture would need to be replaced. I didn’t hear back from Ideal Services again, but I did get an email from my warranty company a week later stating they had received an estimate from Ideal Services for replacing the entire fixture because the piece that was needed to repair the broken handle was no longer being made. My out of pocket cost was quoted at over $700. A quick Google search found two different websites with the part I needed. Both sites had the part listed for under $20. Ordered it, it arrived the next day and I repaired it myself. Wish I had done this from the start but I thought it was best for a professional to handle it, especially since I had a home warranty contract. It seemed like the smart thing to do….that “smart thing” almost cost me $700+.

    If I could give above the 5 Starts I would! This company from first call to end of install was Fantastic! My water heater gave out with water allllll over my garage and running under garage door to driveway in the evening of Christmas Day. The next morning 1st thing – before business hours – I called Atlas Plumbing and the nicest lady took my information. She was caring and nice and she was the answering service! She made sure she had all my information. The office manager called me back on her way to the office before it even opened and let me know they would have someone to my home with new water heater that morning! And they did!! They were on time! with the correct size water heater! The man that came by was really nice as well as professional, knowledgeable. After going over my questions he got right to work! In my business I deal with a lot of different contractors in all the fields. By the time he had finished the install I’d called around to get an idea of price from other plumbers – Atlas Plumbing charged me just at or under the others! – I’m happy to say moving forward I will Only refer and use Atlas Plumbing for all plumbing situations!
