  2. I like that this florist always send draft of the message and picture of the floral arrangement before sending out.
    I chose a floral arrangement because I particularly like the light pastel colors. When the photo came I was upset there were reds and dark colour flowers. I texted and requested for the colour combi to be as per sample. Then I noticed they forgot to add enough greens. This was promptly done before they asked me for green light to deliver.
    Although the floral arrangement did not nearly matched the sample, the fact that they were willing to change & accommodate showed their commitment to customer satisfaction.

    The recipient was happy & that’s worth giving 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

  3. The customer service was terribly bad and communication seems super rude. Not satisfied with the way they treated us. We bought & we paid like others too. owner pls do something with your customer service very bad. First and last this florist 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 I just read the review, not only me been treated like this.

    The flower is too pricy, and the flower not fresh and didn’t last long, wilted in only one day. Very small hand bouquet cost RM150. And the staffs are not friendly, they give me nasty words due to change of arrangements. Will not return to this florist again.
