They told us They just turned off the heat so it was not possible to eat wraps, sandwiches etc.. and there was no soup or chili either. One employee named Dristan was sooo rude and he keep saying we will be closing soon when we try to place order for food and forced us to cancel the food. At last we ordered the tea and waited there so long. And when we got the tea it was not what we order. So we asked more sugar and milk. But the guy Dristan gave us salt instead of sugar. I knew they were not regular employees at this location because it takes an eternity to get your order, but this time, i had my coffee in my hand at the same time my transaction completed. It was excellent. The food was made perfect and quick. I would pay more to just be able to be served by these two ladies everyday. Sitting here for over an hour, had to hotspot my phone to my laptop cause the wifi here SUCKS. Says I’m connected yet no internet access , staff have too much time on their hands, lots of chatter very little workers …I wish I knew the wifi here sucked before I dumped 11 bucks
My guys were out of buns for sandwiches, and out of chicken. Ended up ordering a 12 grain bagel with cream cheese. Waited for like 5 minutes for it and got this cinnamon raisin bagel with butter instead. Very disappointing
Food and service was alright. But the washrooms are dirty and have no hand wash in them. I wonder how staff wash their hands after using the restroom cuz there’s no hand soap in the dispensers. Disgusting
Very dirty inside. The workers were throwing trash in an over flowing bin and was rolling off onto the floor. There was discarded food such as tortillas littered the kitchen. In the seating area trash cans were overflowing. I mentioned this to 2 employees and they just blew me off and walked on the trash and over it like it didn’t exist. Not much of a line. I ordered 4 extra large coffees and took 10 minutes for them to use the cash register. Not sure if corporate sees this but manager and supervisor needs to be written up or have a surprise inspection. Definitely wouldn’t pass health and safety.
I was not impressed with the tomato and lettuce on the BLT as well as not much bacon. I asked for it to be toasted and it was barely toasted I had a 1/3 of it and passed it to my husband. I will not eat what I do not like. Thank goodness for my husband.
