- Reviews:This location seems to be completely renovated to the freshness. On this review, I see some old photos but that’s not the case anymore. The new furniture is lovely and the smell of freshness was blissful. It is conveniently located right at the exit of 401. There’s ample parking available. The service was quick and easy. However, if the owner or facility manager sees this review, the only suggestion I would provide as a professional reviewer is, move the hand dryer a little bit away from the basin. The problem with the way it is currently placed is, if some other person is drying the hands then the basin becomes inaccessible. It should be strategically placed. My second review on this location “Hello Tims Horton Headoffice” this location is very unprofessional, staff is not friendly at all and when I got home and opened up my order. It was missing a hash brown and the tomato in my bagel had the stem on it. Are you kidding me! I have found that the quality and service at Tim Hortons has gone down and this makes me not want to make anymore future purchases. They need quality control especially in this location. Asap. Pretty soon all Tim’s Hortons in Milton are going to be garbage.
This is the dirtiest and most unhygienic Tims in Canada. Look at these flies. This is disgusting. The health department should close this store. I’m definitely filing a complaint against them
I always go through the drive thru whenever I am passing through. Always get my order correct and even when it seems like the line of cars is very long, it seems to move quickly. Only constructive criticism is they need to smile more, it’s a service industry so that will make customers feel like you care.
Thank you Tim Hortons for crushing my bagel. Please just take an extra 2 seconds to carefully cut this. The prices at Tim Hortons make them very comparable to other bagel/coffee shops who have MUCH better quality food. I would hesitate to purchase another bagel from Tim Hortons. If I can see where your fingers crushed my bagel it becomes quite a bit less appetizing
I have been one of the regular drive thru customers of this location and I nearly threw up in my car when a hair came in my mouth from their steeped tea. I came back to the location and showed them the cup with the hair in it, there was no empathy at all and I asked them for a manager but they mentioned none of the managers are there at this time. I understand that the managers may work at a different time but one would expect them to write down the customer’s number and have the manager call them back. I don’t think I will be coming back to this location again.
