  1. This little Tim Hortons is located down by the waterfront near Sarnia bay. You can grab a coffee here and then make your way to the park under the bridge to enjoy it. There’s plenty of parking and it was easy to get in a out. The car line up went quick and the staff was polite and prompt. Stay safe out there people and pandemic or not, keep washing those hands! It’s just plain good hygiene!

  2. Don’t even bother! They had timbits, hot chocolate machine was down, out of almost everything we tried to order. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else!

  3. Ordered through drive thru and it was the worst experience ever. It is the second time and the girl over there is very rude and never takes the order on drive thru window and insists on calling us to the window. We just say ‘hi’ and she bluntly asks as to come to the window.
    Never going to come over here.

    Food- had asked twice for the correct donut.

  5. My boyfriend bought me an ice coffee for there. It was all cream sugar and my flavour there was absolutely no coffee. It tasted like water.
    And no the ice cubes were fresh not even melted yet. I’m very disappointed and won’t be going to your store again.

    1st of all …. Sorry to post a BAD review to one of my favorite franchise. I go to a lot of Tim Hortons. NEVER RETURNING…….. to this one. Used the app. Took my money off my card but no rewards. Questioned that and got the holiday attitude. Also our peppermint ice caps not prepared properly……. NO whipping cream..a very small amount of peppermint crumbles…and really no taste of peppermint. And if you have a standard vehicle size it is a Tight drive threw

    One of the worst experiences I’ve had. My order was not at all per my requirements despite repeating my order multiple times. They gave sugar coated chocolate timbits when asked for dog friendly timbits. Will never go back!

    If you have allergies, make sure to watch Tim Hortons in Port Huron. Two on shift, the woman took my order – ice capp almond milk no whip. I always let them know it’s an allergy and I always watch them make it. She said no problem, shes making it. I understand and am not bothered if they accidenty grab whole milk or whipped cream, but fix the mistake if they do get the order wrong. This happens a lot (anywhere). I know sometimes they are just busy. She put whipped cream on, no big deal I reminded her about the severe allergy, asked for a new one. She literally wiped the whipped cream off, rinsed the outside of the cap and gave it back. Acted like she didn’t just do this when I called her out on it. Then, admits to it and said “well you just said you were allergic to dairy, you didn’t mention the whipped cream!” The man working with her had no problem with remaking it, mentioned to her that he did hear that. He brought a new one to our car and she flipped us off at the door. She’s real classy, but I am thankful for his customer service.

    This Tim Hortons is trash. Every time I have ever come through this location they either mess up my order or their machines are down. If you have something specific you want or want it made right you better take a trip to 24th street.

    Pretty close to Blue water bridge. We typically stop by here to get some hot coffee and snacks. Very friendly staff too.

    They forgot the chicken on my chicken bacon ranch wrap, asked for no tomatoes and got them anyways. On a $7 wrap i expect more than two pieces of bacon and some tomato. Guy on window is high or something. Slowest service I’ve ever experienced.

    They are generally very good the food, and drinks are very good for Tim’s quality. Generally the tim hortons staff are polite, and fairly quiet. They are slightly rude sometimes to people depending on the situation.

    Yesterday March 31/23. I used the drive thru. I ordered a sub. two Cheese Croissants & a large frozen lemonade. Last night I ate one of the Croissants. It was BURNT ON BOTH SIDES & so was the other one. They knew they were BURNT and sold them anyway.

    The first time i went there, an elder women said “hello” at cash as no one was helping her for a long while and the employee yelled at her and practically cussed her out, the second time i was there they were cussing at customers through drive through and inside the store. I was very shocked and will not go back, it is always the evening shift.
