  1. Girl named taran was extremely rude and don’t know how to behave with customers.
    One employee was about to microwave my bagel and she asked her not to.
    I dont see any problem microwaving some thing for 10 seconds
    Instead they prefer wasting 15 minutes on an argument instead of complying with what customer wants.
    Caleb works like someone forced him to work the shift.
    Last time he refused to cut my bagel in half even when the bagel was untouched and said our manager says we cannot do cut it . This time he didn’t say a thing when i asked him to and went right ahead and cut my bagel in half ( obvio he didn’t remember me that he had refused that very service last time ) -hence last time he refused to do something what obviously is in his capacity to do.

    Apparently employees make their own rules in this restaurant. Its the second time i have had bad experience in this very restaurant.

    I am absolutely disappointed with the behaviour and nature of the girl (taran). This is not how you behave with your customers. I have friends working at tim hortons other locations and that’s how i know the rules they dictate are not what actually are. Its just their way of not doing things.
    If you are lazy enough not to do anything then just say that. Dont act like youre right and doing everything on the orders of manager. And act like the manager is the one that says them to not do their job right.

  2. I visit almost everyday here. The white guy with mustache customer service is simply bad .. he treats Asian very harsh…..
    The white lady at night shift is quite friendly… Probably she is the manager….
    But this mustache white guy treats customer like slaves….

However I was unable to get my coffee two different days due to the unavailability of espresso beans and a broken espresso machine. This is just frustrating when you hear this from a coffee shop. It’s important for coffee shops like Tim Hortons to ensure that they have enough supplies and functioning equipment to provide a consistent and reliable experience for their customers. Hopefully, I’ll have better luck on my next visit.

I ordered French vanilla but I was given Dark roast when I asked for another coffee a girl named Taran I think she is the manager there throwed my coffee saying that it is French vanilla and you have to drink it I called 911 and they asked me to file a complaint on her to the Tim Hortons team but nothing was done and she still works there with her rude attitude.
    Thank you Tim Hortons for giving people the excellent customer service.

    Not the first time but never want to get really frustrated with Tim Hortons on Monday morning Placed an online order and when went to pick up I can see the coffee is oozing from the lid They could have just wiped it to look good but never bothered No cup holders or tray unless asked for And DD is too much sweeter than regular time spoiling my day I assume they need to focus more on customers

    If I could give this branch zero stars, I absolutely would. The cups are always dirty and never properly closed. They do not even bother wiping the spills.

    I ordered from Drive thru a french vanilla (10:23) and it was just hot water. It was competely ridiculous. The service was slow as well. Never gonna come back again. The white girl was taking the order and she even didnt listen me properly. I confirm twice that whether they have french vanilla or they are out of it. But she didnt listen and asked us to approach to the window. It was the worst experience ever. If you dont have proper or enough stock of something then please dont waste anyones money.

    Hey there, I hope someone sees my compliment, I did make an order on 04/04/23 at 11:21 PM. it’s very simple A medium hot dark rose with three cream He gave me a cold, dark rose , I asked him again, please. Can you change my drink? He took it from me and I don’t know what he did, but he gave me again the same as my drink. To be honest, I don’t trust anyone there anymore. Thanks for your service

    Usually food and service is good. But the area around the restaurant does not feel safe, many homeless in the parking lot hanging out or yelling at each other. I’m not sure what can be done but something needs to be. I regularly skip visiting here even though I walk by it every day simply because it feels unsafe to visit at the time.

    Terrible customer experience. If Tim Hortons has any concerns about their customers, employees like HARMAN need to be dismissed. Before keeping them on the front desk, Tims should teach such workers the proper way to handle customers.

    The worst Tim’s in Windsor. Employees are very rude especially the guy in turban is rude and makes the worst coffee ever. I ordered iced coffee but he did not add ice too it and served me hot iced coffee . According to me that guy should be fired. 👎👎
