  1. Had to explain multiple times to the person taking our order the difference between a vanilla iced coffee and a regular iced coffee and they still got it wrong. We sat trying to order from the cashier for 15 minutes. Not to mention my crave-able was the saddest most puny sandwich I’ve ever eaten. I would recommend any other Tim Hortons establishment before this one. I would give zero stars. Never going here again.

  2. Had scan and pay active on my app. The cashier at this Tims told me the scan didn’t pay for my family order. I showed her it must have as scan and pay is turned on, she agreed it is on and she said there’s no payment. I agreed to take my receipt after also tapping my card (second payment) as I didn’t want to hold up the guy behind me and she said she would refund me if in fact my bank shows it charged twice. It did show the charge twice. I showed her and the supervisor who partially ignored me and acted like none of it happened and refused a refund moments later. I asked the girl to explain the situation that just happened to her supervisor and she wouldn’t. She just said “she’s the supervisor” When you google the same complaints on the internet they are abundant and people are asked to jump through hoops for their refund. My bank sent me to the fraud department who is contacting Tim Hortons so it will likely get refunded after frustration and process. The fraud rep has had it happen to her too?! and we noticed that they did the same to my card the other day but charged me 6 times for one coffee. They are making bank in a devious way and they know about it through complaints they ignore but continue the “service” The staff here are not helpful and they are rude and the app is looking like a scam. Of course I removed my card but how many are not noticing these several extra charges? Check your statements like I do. That’s the only reason I came here, hopefully to let others know to watch the scan and pay and mobile orders as well as the incompetence of the staff.

Explain to me how you handed me a bagel with so much butter dripping out of the wrapping that it left a pool of butter on my seat, but when I opened the actual bagel up it was completely bone dry. Did you just toss butter on top? Throw it in the packaging? Melt some butter and put it on the side? I’m amazed honestly. It takes a lot of balls to hand someone food covered in melting butter and look them straight in the eyes as that butter is covering your hand. You didn’t think to give a napkin?

  4. My first time at this Tim’s. Very busy for mother’s Day. They got our order wrong but corrected it quickly. Very happy with the food, price and service.

  5. 20 minutes wait for chicken at 4pm? You’re Tim hortons! No excuse. And they teller doesn’t understand fluent English. Was a struggle to explain my order. I’m very confused about this experience.

    Stopped in for breakfast with the family today. We got coffee, hot chocolate and French vanilla ti drink. To eat. Some bagels with cream cheese and hash browns. Kids got donuts for a treat. Service was really good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was fresh and yummy. The drinks were great. We really enjoyed our experience at this Timmy’s. Will definitely be stopping by on our way from edmonton to Calgary and vice versa

    If you are busy a good place to avoid. The staff doesn’t have a clue on how to work in service. 1 person in line up and 10 min wait? It was so bad people were leaving. I guess the conversations were more important than servicing customers.

    Just bought a coffees at this location today at 10 am and paid for the guy behind me and as I drove away I saw the young man hand him the debt machine instead of giving him his coffee. Try to do a good thing and the young man is scamming your customers. Will never come back to this location.

    Good Timmy’s experience here. They mistakenly gave us the wrong donut and quickly got my little girl the correct one, didn’t even ask for the incorrect donut back, just told us it was on the house. Good job

    The last 4 times my husband has ordered there they messed up our order.. how do you mess up a bacon breakfast sandwich so bad by putting roast beef and a weird sauce on it and no bacon? Disgusting.. just say you don’t have bacon so we can order something else? The last 3 times they put ham on the sandwich and not bacon.. maybe you need to train someone what bacon is. Telling my husband not to go there anymore. McDonald’s can have our money instead.

    Got a double double. I dont really want to drink a coffee that was handed to me with the employee wrapping their hand around the top of the lid, its extremely unhygenic and poor server etiquette to do this. Secondly, I kid you not, the coffee smelled like it was sprayed by a skunk. I noticed it the second the coffee came through the drive thru window, it actually stunk my car up. Took one sip and it tasted like cream and water. Tossed the whole thing and remembered why i stopped buying coffee from fast food joints.

    This locations Staff (3 individuals working) are too busy in the back chit chatting to serve customers in under 20 mins. From our table we could see them hanging out while someone was at the counter, to the point I had to call the location from inside to ask for customer service after the customer had repeatedly called out for service for 15 mins, when I called to ask if someone could come to the front to serve them, I was told one second, an additional 10 minutes went by before she came out, no apology, no discount absolutely no compaction or care. This is repeatedly an issue at this location. We could hear them laughing in the back after the phone call. There needs to be an ADULT or Guardian present as clearly they are incapable of being unsupervised.

    So the drinks were really good. I always get the same thing and it always tastes the same which is nice. But one thing that really bothers me, is that at this specific location only, they put the smallest amount of cream cheese on your bagel. And honestly, I’m not somebody who loves a lot of cream cheese anyways but this was borderline naked. I’d ask for extra cream cheese, but I refuse to pay for ‘extra’ when I haven’t even been given the proper amount in the first place. Every other tim Horton’s location in Airdrie has proper bagels…

    today is May 28th I went to the drive thru and I ordered 1garlic pastry and one small tea but when I payed my order I feel this is not right price after that I demanded the receipt and then I found out on the receipt they charged me 2 garlic pasterys and after that I said why u charge me 2 and he said oh by mistake and he returned me 3$ but he did not return gst I paid for that he should refund me 2.99 plus gst 0.15 cents but he refunded me only 3$ And also I was not impressed with service at all Timhortons should look into this matter thanks
