  1. Had many bad experiences here – I know there are hard working friendly staff and I appreciate them. However today I went there and ordered a large americano, girl gave me the cup half full told me that’s how she was taught to make them and that’s how they make them. I get this everyday, I know I’ve gotten one from this location before and it’s never been made like this. Hard to believe anyone taught her to make it like that either.

  2. Extremely dirty tables, floors, and outside trash. Garbage overflowing. I have never seen a Tim’s in such an disarray.

  3. The lady working tonight at the drive thru was excellent. We got 2 steep teas, they were made perfectly and labelled as well. She was polite and wished us a good evening. Really feels nice to get such kind service especially at night shift.

  4. This place is number one in the city I think. Always busy as ever but the service is never compromised. Staff is friendly and prompt in getting your order in very late time. All around, 5 outta 5 for sure!!

  5. Food good , coffee awesome , staff and customer service not very proud , out of 7 staff , 6 talking in themselves 0 regards for customer , 1 only doing job rest all chatting and wasting time , lof of customers including me left without a meal , just necessary coffee

    Just went in for a quick bathroom break and some coffee. I recommend getting a black coffee for coffee reasons and a chocolate chill for healing that neglected part of your childhood. This place is pretty okay when it comes to everything, except for the atmosphere. Most tables inside are usually filled or a little messy. The bathrooms aren’t that bad because they started locking them, so you just have to ask a cashier or cleaner for them to unlock one for you.

    Really disappointed by this Tim Hortons. My first time going in weeks because last time this location gave me the complete wrong order and then gave me attitude when I asked them if they could redo it. I thought it was normal to go back and get what you actually paid for but the employee disagreed and said I was wasting everyone’s time. Kinda rude. This time they got my order wrong AGAIN. I don’t think it should be this hard to get a simple drink and sandwich that I paid for. I’ll just start making it at home cause the attitude I get from these employees when I just want my food is not worth it

    Weekend staff sucks, they just hand you your stuff and then turn around and keep taking with co workers. They often mess up the order and are rude. The weekday morning staff are great! Wish the weekend staff could takes some notes. And have some common decency.

    March 15, 2023 6:40am Went through the drive-thru. The women taking my order was quite rude. I ordered a large ice coffee and a mini egg specialty donut. When paying for my order I had received a medium. A young person came over to my window corrected my order etc. Then they left the window. I waited for my donut. The older lady looked at me I said I’m waiting for the mini egg donut. She said you weren’t charged for it. Didn’t even offer if I still wanted it. I felt they didn’t have too be so rude the older ladies. But thank you for the younger person who got my drink at least. There wasn’t even a line up so I hope down the road they don’t just say anything else. If there not going to get your order correct. 🙁

    I used to stop here every morning before going to work because of the service and the pleasant staff! They used to make you feel like you are part of their family! But things have changed now a lot. There is always a big waiting for takeout and driveway. No smiles on faces. Such rude customer service. No napkins bagels not cut in half. And one of my personal experiences at this place is – The washroom is disgusting like smelly Filthy dirty, with no toilet paper garbage all over the floor. When we asked Supervisor said she was told early that morning but didn’t have time to clean it. So I wouldn’t eat there If that’s what the washrooms are like what about the prep area?

    Dine-In is open. Not sure why Google indicates that it is not. Great location to relax and have a coffee. It is insanely busy in the morning inside and at the drive-thru. It is a Dual lane drive-thru as well. Clean Washrooms and Clean interior. WiFi is always down at this location.

    We make frequent large orders at this Tim Horton’s location for our business. Our orders take the staff a lot of preparation, time, and effort to complete. Mike and his staff do a fantastic job every-time. We are so appreciative of this team and we want to recognize them for the hard work and efforts that they put forward for our business. Their customer service is impeccable and we are always treated with kindness and respect. Thank you Mike and staff for all that you do for us, it does not go unrecognized.

    If I could leave 0 Stars I would. I just had the ABSOLUTE worst experience at this Tim Horton’s. Firstly, the hours online clearly state “OPEN 24 HOURS”, however this is false. I had placed an online order, in which the transaction went through to this store, and upon arrival to pick up my order, I was screamed at by one of the workers told “Ya we’ve been closed since before I got here”. Understanding this worker’s frustration, I simply had asked what I should do, given they took money off my card and would not be giving me my food/drink. Nevertheless, the worker screamed at me once again saying she did not know, instead of trying to help solve the issue. The way I was treated by the staff at this store is unbelievably disgusting and disrespectful. Please maybe update the website with proper hours to ensure this doesn’t happen to any others!

    Every time I order something they always get it wrong. I worked at Tim Horton’s before where it was very busy and yes there was mistakes but not as much this location would make. It seems as if their not training their staffs properly. Even if I speak to them clearly in drive through they would still make it incorrectly with their cheap a** head phones. Maybe they should try repeating the order back to the customer to avoid any issues and mistakes and watch what they hand out to the customer. This location sucks so bad it really needs improvement, and I have no choice sometimes to go to this location when I work right across the street and need to buy a coffee for my staff. Ill start going to McDonalds instead.

    This location is slacking… you MUST check your order in drive through, MUST!!! You will be missing something either in your drink, sauce in your sandwhich, quantity will be off(timbits), or just the wrong order almost 95% of the time. Just sad really, it’s not a free food drive though. People are paying money. At least take the time to give us what we pay for. Customer service is below average too. Hire people who actually like their job it’s better than 0 job. literally had someone decide to switch the sauce on my sandwhich because the person didn’t want to go in the back to get more. Didn’t even ask me. Manager is nice though and will sort it out.
