- Reviews:I had an refreshment breakfast Experience at Tim Hortons Albert St location, it’s beside Domino’s and Across from SAVE ON food , Very close to Atlas hotel which was super beneficial, if you are at Atlas then that’s the place for you compact morning breakfast destination. The food is outstanding , I tried their Crispy Ranch Chicken Wrap with meals comes with a medium size coffee and a Hash Brown . The coffe is top notch and there is also not much gathering here and employees are very friendly 🔥 The place is gorgeous, spacious inside where you can enjoy your coffee while chatting with your friends or doing your school work if you are a student. The place was not really very busy for dine in and had a lot of clean tables.
Would give 0 stars if possible.
I work nights nearby. Despite “boasting” a 24hr service. This store is never capable of serving me. Attendants don’t want to serve any food or drinks. Very rude and lazy staff. Have been told to leave as they don’t want to have to make anything.
Disgusting behavior, very rude and don’t serve anything neither food or drinks.
Simply a disgrace.
They should not advertise 24hr if their late night staff are so lazy and rude that they don’t want to work and serve a customer.

First time I’m served a cold sandwich like this at a Tim Hortons.
Terrible service quality! I had to repeat 3 times at the drive through station about what I wanted. The person answering the drive through wasn’t paying attention at all. I ordered 4 items, 3 were wrong! I only noticed they were wrong items when I got home and opened the bag. It was not worthy to drive another 20 minutes to go back. They put a piece of paper on the drive through station, totally covering the screen so people can’t see what they are ordering! It’s a terrible Tim store.
I visited this Tim Hortons and was warmly greeted and served by Adit. He’s got good customer service acumen. Also, the ambiance at this time Hortons is really awesome.
