Both were extremely dry, not a drop of sauce was put on both sandwiches and there were so much vegetables that the chicken and bacon were seemed forgotten. Restaurant was clean. There was a lady outside yelling at this kid no more than 7 years old and man I felt so sorry for that boy. Telling him she didn’t want him nor did his parents. I gave her one of my offers for a grilled cheese melt and iced cap for $7 plus tax. She asked for bacon added and they didn’t add it. The melt was cold and not melted all the way through. The manager was an older lady with brown hair and no name tag. I asked her if i could possibly get a new melt with bacon added, i even offered to pay for the bacon they didn’t add or even a refund. She was very passive aggressive and refused to give me a new melt and continued to argue that the sandwich looked perfectly fine. There was definitely a language barrier between us but she was acting very rude and arrogant. I did not want to cause a scene while she was giving me attitude and then proceeded to say that she was the manager. I left and threw the melt out. I called to get her name and I asked how to spell it and she said “do you not know how to spell” with extreme attitude. Her name was Anastasia. I did not get a refund, it was only $7.77 and i’m usually not one to complain or start a scene over something so silly. This is how employees are treating customers and not giving them minimal customer service. I just wanted my melt bruh. I don’t think so there is any other good place as good as Tim Hortons
Cheap, quick and Quality food – You can have your meal in close to 15$ which is not bad with sides and coffee (included)
I visit them daily at Millar’s, helpful staff and they have various reward schemes as well which you can try
My favourites are Habenaro Chicken Bowl, Cilantro Lime Chicken (Crispy and Slow Cooked), Dark Roast Coffee
They’ve started soup as well recently but I didn’t liked it personally
Best time to visit around 1130 and 330
Went in yesterday, 5pm. No lineup, but it took about 5-7mins before someone took our order. They were just chatting like we were not there. The girl who took our order seemed pretty upset doing it too. Ordered a cappuccino, a black roast, and jalapeño pastries. The pastries were great addition, really liked it. But the cappuccino turned out to be just DD coffee. The food may be good, but the service is really bad in this branch.
The coffee had a bitter taste and lacked the rich and smooth flavour I typically look for in a good cup of coffee. The sitting area and service are okay.
The coffee and food is good.
Unfortunately the cleanness of the dine area needs work. Cloth chairs are black with stains.
There staff think that the parking spots at the door are reserved for them, staff shouldn’t be allowed to park their .
Always get great service at this busy location. Staff are always attentive and polite. The restaurant is always well maintained and clean. This is a great location to sit and enjoy a great cup of coffee and a donut or two.
