Then the patient calls wondering why they continue to get charged but The Joint won’t do anything cause too bad for the patient! Then the doctor laughed.
My terrible experience came when I tried to use my final visit. They knowingly lied to me, telling me my last day to use my visits, but when I showed up that day, they tried to charge me full price. I spoke to the head doctor, Phil, but he refused to help… because he was the doctor who made the crass joke weeks earlier about happily overcharging people who don’t use their service.
I look forward to their reply here trying to explain why they wouldn’t honor my final, paid for visit when I clearly had enough left. I was very disappointed in the end, and will not be returning, and neither should anyone else. The impossible to find parking and weird doctors were enough to make me never want to return anyways.

I was in a car accident 8 years ago. It affected my neck a lot, especially the first 3 vertebrae of my spine. After many therapies without positive results, I found the decompression therapy treatment which, together with the other therapies they offer, has helped me to be able to go back to my daily routine and exercises that I could not do before and enjoy a life without pain. I came in with severe neck and back pain and was barely able to hold my own head up. I had deep burning pain in my neck and shoulder area and nerve pain down my legs. I won’t say I’m cured because I’m doing ongoing treatment but I’m definitely much better off than I was coming in. My mobility has increased and a lot of the effects from the car accident have been helped. The atmosphere is very calming/soothing and the staff are very attentive. This place is truly amazing. I am visiting from Texas and tweaked my neck this morning to the point where I couldn’t move. I found 904 Chiropractic online and figured I would try to get in there and hopefully get seen.
I got there a little after they opened as a walk-in and from the second I walked in, everyone was beyond sweet. I had never been to a chiropractor before so I was very nervous but they made me feel beyond comfortable.
I first received a massage (which included some hot stones and acupuncture) to loosen me up, which helped so much. Then was time for the part I was terrified of… the alignment. Jokes on me because I think I have been missing out my entire life. I don’t remember the name of the male doctor who did the alignment but he was utterly amazing. Made me feel beyond comfortable and popped me in places I never knew could be popped. He was transparent in that this wouldn’t be an entire fix, but it’d be a start and he was correct. I went in there not able to move my neck to the right… walked out of there able to do it, just with a little tension.
I come to Jacksonville about 5 times a year and will make it a point to come back here for an adjustment every time. Between the service and the hospitality, this place was truly amazing!
I feel amazing after a quick and easy adjustment! The adjustment was gentle yet effective. Staff listened to my needs and recommended services based on them without pressure. The office was clean and tidy. Can’t wait to go back!
Great experience! My appointment was at 11:30am, I was brought back a few minutes before my appointment time! No waiting around in a crowded lobby! The front desk lady was very nice and pleasant. The Doctor was informative and listened to my concerns. He made sure to tell me what he was doing and why and what to expect after the adjustment. I have never been to a Chiropractor before so I was a little nervous but after this visit, I will definitely be going back. Thanks!
I was referred to you by E. Powell. I am so glad I went in. The facility was clean and very welcoming! The receptionist was very polite and professional. She was very helpful and made a good recommendation to me. The wait time was very minimal. Dr. Lundy was excellent! Very professional and gave follow up and after care instructions. I could definitely tell Dr. Lundy is very compassionate about helping his patients. I had an amazing massage by Aubrey. She as very polite, professional and had a great sense of humor. I walked out of there feeling like a million bucks!!! I can’t wait to return! This practice is the absolute best!!!
