I have been struggling with back pain (bulging disc and SI joint issues) for a long time and had already gone through physical therapy and chiropractic care in the past, with short-lived results. After a friend suggested that I check out Freedom Chiropractic, I figured–why not! What have I got to lose? I have tried other orthopedic approaches to back pain management with no success so I was keen to try something new. I was a bit doubtful at first, but the staff are very well-trained and well-versed in the latest scientific literature and I was impressed by their willingness and excitement to share their knowledge and experience. They were very thorough during my initial assessment and conducted a variety of tests that pinpointed some of the issues and causes of my back pain. I’ve now gone through 15 treatments (super fast, take about 2 minutes or so, completely painless) and I have to say, I’m really impressed! My pain has greatly decreased and I’m much more flexible and able to do exercises/activities with minimal pain. I’m still on a journey of healing, but after going through months of physical therapy, this is the first time that I am seeing consistent results in my pain management. Again, I was a bit doubtful at first, but Freedom Chiropractic has really changed my mind and I recommend them to anyone who is struggling with ongoing back problems that otherwise haven’t be resolved by physical therapy or other chiropractic practices. I have been going to Thrive for several months now, and the experience has just been absolutely amazing from day 1! Every single staff member is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. At first I was a little skeptical but prepared for the potential cost of services just from scrolling through many previous reviews online, but this far into my treatment I would say that it is absolutely worth every single penny! I have seen amazing changes in my body and feel so much relief from when I first started. When I first came to West Knoxville Medical & Chiropractic I had very little mobility and a great deal of pain in my lower back. I had been struggling with it for years and had tried everything but spinal surgery at that point. I couldn’t get comfortable in any position and it was really starting to affect my quality of life. The team did a thorough evaluation and suggested a stem cell injection in my lower back. I’m now ~3 weeks post-procedure and feel amazing. Before I couldn’t reach past my knees bending over and now my fingertips can touch the floor. I’m sleeping better and am able to enjoy my hobbies without a bunch of pain wrecking my day. I can’t recommend the team at WKM&C enough. They’ve done an amazing job and I’m thrilled with my progress!
West Knoxville Medical and Chiropractic has been excellent in providing me with the care I need. Everyone is extremely professional but also knows how to make you feel comfortable and enjoy your time there. They have been helping me not only with the trigger point issue I went in with but also discovered a spinal issue in my neck that I was unaware of and have been helping me with that as well. It’s hard to think that physical therapy, trigger point and plasma injections, along with chiropractic can be enjoyable activities but they make it easy and fun. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is experiencing any muscle or joint issues.
Going here has been a very nice experience. All of the staff is friendly and welcoming as well as prompt and efficient. I went for migraines and vertigo and the improvement in a short time has been amazing! I highly recommend West Knoxville Medical and Chiropractic!
Definitely am pleased with the care that is put into my treatment. Every staff member is extremely nice and helpful. It’s a warm and inviting ambiance. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable before moving on. Nothing is done without your knowledge or consent. After a month of treatment I can feel the difference on my body. I feel great leaving after every appointment. I HIGHLY recommend !
