3 months agoMARITZA in the Intimates Department helped me and my client for well over an hour at Macy’s a few weeks ago. Marita was so patient and kind. She was an expert in her inventory and wanted my friend and I to be happy with our purchases. She just kept shuffling back to the dressing room with goodies until we found the perfect fit. Thank you Maritza & thank you Macy’s !!!3 months agoOne of the bigger and nicer Macys. The men’s department is always good. Recently had to buy my son a suit and the staff was wonderful. Carrying better brands like Hugo Boss and running sales on the collection. The tailor was fabulous, she altered the suit and made it look like it was custom made.Easy to order online and pick up. The pickup and return area is right next to the 2nd floor entrance. This store has a Backstage on the 3rd floor. Always nice to look around and hopefully you can snag a great deal.

I love shopping here. My son loves their Polo Ralph Lauren section. I can pretty much count on finding anything of quality I need there for any occasion. 5 months ago4/7/23 No wonder so many Macy’s are closed. Overpriced with little to No staff to help you. Dressing rooms & Cashiers scarce. Lots of merchandise no one seems to be buying & it is Easter/Passover weekend. Longtime Macy’s customer( > 2 decades) cashier required that I had to fill out a new Macy card application as I hadn’t been there in a couple yrs. Better selection at Target or even Walmart. Disappointing. Hope Macy’s reaches out to me.a month agoThe ladies where you purchase perfume and cologne were amazing. We spent a few dollars there but they took care of my wife and son like we were family. Would highly recommend seeing these women at work as they know their business and getting you to leave your comfort zone on fragrances.2 weeks agoCustomer service is exceptional. The sales staff are a little pushy and don’t give you much space to shop on your own. Felt a little suffocated in the perfume department, but overall, the store is clean and well kept.2 weeks agoI wish it was possible to give ZERO stars, this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. Macys’s delivery team assembled a bed incorrectly, the bed broke. For three weeks now I’ve been attempting to get Macy’s to remove this bed set and issue a refund- three separate times they have deleted me from their schedule to remove this item, no one ever has any idea how said deletion has happened. I cannot fathom how one company can screw up this many times. I even contacted the CEO who promised this would be rectified, and yet another week has gone by where they haven’t showed up to the scheduled removal date and they can’t figure out why I’ve been deleted from the schedule. Never again will I or anyone I know drop a dime at this horrific store.a month agoGood prices with great customer service to match. Lots of quality items on sale.

I needed a formal black dinner jacket and pants for a formal event so punched it in the internet and found Macys which I have not shopped at in years.
Lots of folks of all shapes and colors all getting along well. I have not bought a suit or formal wear in over 35 years. A nice clerk pointed out the clothing that was on sale and in checking most of the clothing found one that fit perfectly plus a bow tie at a reasonable price. The fitting rooms could use some rehanging of clothes but other than that a clean store with lots of selection.
I had a beautiful experience shopping at Macy’s in millennium mall. I am a Macy card holder. I had opportunity to shop couple weeks ago and I met a young lady that works there by the name Cynthia West ,she was incredible professional, nice and helpful. She made me feel very special in the store, take her time to help me and choose things that I need it. I will highly recommend anyone to go shop at Macy manila mall.
I was shopping at Macy’s, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The store was impeccably clean and well-organized, making my browsing and shopping hassle-free. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, readily available to assist with any inquiries I had.
The highlight of my visit was the perfume section, which was truly excellent. The wide selection of fragrances was impressive, and I found the perfect gift for my wife. The variety of gift options available made it easy for me to choose something that would truly make her day.

Picked up a new suit and the sales lady helped me with selection and fitting. Very happy to get a suit and not have to send it off for fitting.
This adore has really declined in service and merchandise choices. I drove all the way there to look for an evening gown , the dresses were such a mess on the sale racks and they only had really small sizes or very large sizes. The dresses that had my size were between $500-$700. This is why these stores are losing sales to Amazon!
