3 months agoWent through the drive thru to try the ‘New Nuggets’. Well nothing was new about them. It was like eating flour on a chicken breast. Well two of them seemed a little seasoned but the other 10 was not so fortunate. I also had two small mashed potatoes and gravy. I gave them three stars because of the service but nope I should’ve gotten the pot pie.a month agoFries were old and dark brown. Chicken nuggets were good.2 weeks agoI went in very hungry wanting 8 pc hot wings!? The manager told me that I had to get the combo which is $2 more than chicken only! I told him that was the STUPIDEST thing I heard today! I just wanted 8pc hot wings that’s it..no combo! I let the staff know that I will not be strong armed into buying extra when I don’t want it or need it! SMH won’t ever eat there again and will share this experience with all 2000 followers and counting!!3 weeks agoDid an online order pickup time was supposed to be 515. Arrived at the same time as 2 other folks who ordered online. The couldn’t find anyone’s order said it wasn’t in the system even though we all had confirmation emails. They had to look at our confirmation emails to finally put our orders together. The manager was lost and it took one of the kids to figure out what to do. This seems to be routine at this store. Constantly issue’s here.3 months ago$40 for chicken tenders to get over sized chicken nuggets will not go back and if u want to waste ur money and still be hungry u should not go eather

a month agoCame here on Sunday 9/3/23 around 8pm. Dining room was empty and my family 5 kids all under 10years old sat at the large center table. We ordered 3 kids meals and 3 adult meals. After waiting for 30mins and having hungry crying kids my wife asked where our food was and what’s taking so long. Mind you people were coming in and going through drive thru getting food. The worker (Jada) started saying they needed to make chicken help people and they are short staff. After my wife said those circumstances are not our problem Jada decided to start yelling and cussing at my wife in front of all our children. She was calling my wife a b**** and when my wife asked her to lower her voice and not talk to her like that’s she came out from behind the counter and appeared to want a physical altercation. The young male staffers came to front and apologized while this out of control lady went into the bathroom to hide. Completely disrespectful behavior and no one reprimanded this worker who then came back and started cleaning the dining room where we ate as if she didn’t just cause a disruption and never apologized. We did get a refund for our items purchased as well as food. However this took another 15-20min of trying to communicate with the male staff. We felt some of the staff was either very aloof/untrained or under the influence of some type of substance. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional to staff someone like this. I really hope the owner and GM Marco can remedy this immediately.4 weeks agoToday, I went to KFC. It’s been awhile. Service was friendly and good attitude.I think it’s time to change their oil because the chicken came out really dark.
I think their biscuits shrank too. About 50% smaller than other locations.
6 months agoI don’t this usually but I went for it – the Double Down sandwich is back – never knew it existed- a crispy chicken sandwich with no bun. I thought, great idea and it may be pretty darn good – we’ll… the sandwich was up to par. The crispyness was great, reminded me of chicken cordon blue taste and has 52 grams of protein besides the calories and other unhealthy stuff- ha but get this it’s $10 a sandwich 😳. I think it’s worth $8 and it can definitely be shared. I probably won’t ever get it again because I hardly do fast food.3 weeks agoWe ordered the Chicken Pot Pie for the first time. WOW! We are truly impressed. First of all, it’s HOT, which is the way it’s supposed to be! The crust is really crunchy and tasty. There’s plenty of chicken, both light and dark meat, and some veggies, too! Yes, we recommend the Chicken Pot Pie at this KFC!3 weeks agoNo napkin, no hot sauce, no honey, ordered a leg and thigh. I like my dark meat. Got a breast and drum. The breast was extremely dry. The biscuit was dry also. Over all it was edible, however far from a good experience

Ordered in drive through. Decided to male change to order. Yes, inconvenience I know. But drive through staff was rolling eyes and upset. Then they forgot a side to a meal. Walked in. Took about 3 min to see what i needed and 5 to fix the problem. When problem was fixed. Staff member who gave me my side didnt put in bag and had put fries in his mouth while handing me my side of fries. Made me feel disgusted.
I ordered on the KFC app two hours before I needed to pick up chicken for a potluck at work. I arrived at the restaurant on my scheduled pickup time only to be told that I needed to wait longer for my order. It wasn’t much more of a wait, but I didn’t even get a “I’m sorry we just didn’t have time” or you know ” I apologize for the wait” from any employee there. Just a here’s your food and goodbye. The food and atmosphere was really good but the employee service needs to have some more training in customer service.
You think a store would have a doordash ready or at least let the door Dasher know that hey the food’s not ready yet. Can you please wait. Nobody acknowledged me I waited for 5 minutes and nobody came and talked to me at all and I asked somebody can you please help me and he told me to wait a minute and I waited another 3 minutes after that. Don’t go to the store it sucks
We’ve only ordered here twice. We Doordashed and you would think that everything is literally written down on an order and both times, the order was messed up. We just got our food and we were missing multiple items and my soda tasted like carbonated water. Do not order from this KFC cause they will mess it up. I never leave reviews but this is ridiculous.
On 10-2-23 at 1:35 PM I went to the KFC at 1843 W Union Hills Dr, Phoenix, AZ 85027. Upon entering this location I purchased food and there was a mix up. I wanted it to-go but they served it as I was dining in. There was a employee behind the counter who proceeded to take a gravy cup lid and put it on the cup of gravy with his bare hands. His bare hand touched the edges of the gravy cup and the chicken.
I asked for a manager and he refused to refund my money. He acted like his employee did nothing wrong. This is a major health code violation to touch food with bare hands without a glove. This is a popular restaurant that serves a lot of people and its unacceptable.
I left the restaurant without a refund. They stole $14.11 of my money.
