3 months agoGo here for chicken but bring your own napkins!! Large chicken pieces which is amazing and very unlike other KFC’s which serve up hummingbird sized pieces at full price. Food was amazing, but no napkins. An unwelcome surprise with 3 kids on the road.3 months agoHorrible drive thru experience. They need a friendlier person at their window. I asked for more napkins and I got a response that they’re in the bag. And got the drive thru window closed on me. I waited patiently and asked again kindly for more napkins. I was handed my napkins in a rude manner with a scoff as if my request was disruptive to the other things they had going on. Do better!2 months agoCame to KFC ordered a fill box and a drink. Cashier ask what kind of drink, so I said a Dr. Pepper. She sells me a cup. I go to get Dr. Pepper and it was out, so was the Pepsi, and the root beer. Asked the same lady who’s sold me the papercup for a 2.69+tax and she looks right at me and says where out of sodas. So now I have a 2.69+tax cup that I’m willing to let go for a 2.00 o.b.o. Don’t ask me how the food taste, was pretty upset after that B.S. We can meet up at Church’s Chicken down the street. Food was warm not hot BISCUIT wa so HARD, I could have hurt someone. Could NOT even bite into it or even cut it. Called KFC n complained n all they did was hang up on me!!!!! NEVER again! 2 months agoThe chicken was so hard when we got it home we couldn’t eat it. I called back and was told to come pick up another order the following day. I went in the following day at 1:30 to pickup another order. There was no one waiting in line; however, it took 6 minutes before I was acknowledged. The staff of 4 just ignored me. I asked for extra crispy chicken and was told the person that cook the extra crispy chicken wasn’t in. So I got original. As I sat waiting for my order, I noticed everyone else that came in was waited on immediately and didn’t have to wait 6 minutes. I was rather disappointed. I am a senior citizen. I didn’t say anything to upset the staff. Anyone that know me always say I am a very patient and polite person. We purchased the 8 piece. Thank you kindly Ms. Beverlya week agoWaited 15 minutes and didn’t even get my dipping sauce 😭5 months agoVery disappointed arrived at 830pm… Not one employee acknowledged us. After 10 minutes of standing at the counter I asked an employee if someone was going to help us. 5 minutes later they come back and help us. Informing us the dining room closes at 9. @855. We get out food packed to go and my order was missing gravy for the tenders. No utensils for the mashed potatoes..very rude staff. We Will not be going back.2 months agoHorrible Service!! The cashier was taking 1 order at a time, THEN she would go MAKE IT, then take one order, GO MAKE IT, ETC, ETC. NO SMILE!! NO PERSONALITY!!! 20 MINUTES IS TOO LONG TO WAIT AT A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT!! I will NEVER GO TO A KFC AGAIN!!!2 months agoThe fried chicken was soggy, no crispiness or crunch to it. And the mac & chess tasted like the $1 boxed Mac & cheese you get at the store. My standards are low for fast food but this was disappointing.

Young ladies were very nice and very fast in getting our food out. Food was delicious and hot. Ordered pot pies and the ones at this specific KFC are always good. I’ve been to others and they were nasty. Keep up the good work.
Good delicious food. A little frustrating that like other places don’t have change and had to use my credit card that I don’t like using unless emergencies.
The food was good and they took and filled my order accurately but gave me a hard time for wanting to use a large bill for almost a fifty dollar order. They could break it but it was too early in the day, I’m sorry take my money or loose the sale. They also wouldn’t let a lady refill her water bottle with water, they charge for water from the fountain apparently.
I came here to try it out but oh boy KFC where are you getting your chicken from as it is getting smaller and smaller. The food was cooked goid but when I came in nobody greeted me until Ana came to register but I think that she was over worked as she was just there. After awhile when I left I told her to have a great and better day and she finally should some kind of acknowledgement toward me. I’ve been to a lot of small business chicken places and there pieces are big so what is going on with you KFC?
The food was fresh, but there wasn’t any tea out in the lobby for the duration of our meal.
