3 weeks agoThe single worst fast food establishment in America. They fail in every single metric. Just go to the Taco Bell near the Walmart on exit 39 if you want Taco Bell, and just never go to a KFC for any reason. Just go to a Church’s if you want fried chicken. Avoid this place at all costs.5 months agoI ordered 3 potpies, arrived at the window to pay. They brought me a bag with 2 in it. They said it would be 12 more minutes. I replied if you would have told me that, I would of ordered something else. They instructed me to pull in front and wait 12 minutes. I was there from 2:06 till 2:23. I finally locked my car and went in. A heavy set Spanish woman came and I said I had been waiting almost 20 minutes, she frowned, may I add she had a mouth full of food, she rolled her eyes at me and said they are not ready yet. She said do you want something else, I said just give me my money back she gave me the worst look. Than she handed me my money, and rolled her eyes again, I lost it, I told her to go to hell and more. This is the worst attitude people I ever seen. Me and my employees eat here at least 4 times a week, We will never go back.4 months agoAbsolutely filthy. If the cashier comes to take your order eating food, than go somewhere else. If you have to eat that’s one thing, but don’t so with food coming out of your mouth while talking to a customer, is disturbing to say the least. Do not recommend.3 months agoCustomer service is lousy the big guy was very very very very rude. On top of that to get home did not put my biscuit in there gave me my drink with tea running down the cup when ask to wipe it off he made noise under his breath this is the most horrible kfc I ever went to. I think they are stealing money I did not receive a receipt or anything I was told one thing and got yo the window and paid a different amount. I’m going to be checking in with the better business bureau.4 months agoTHEFT ‼️ PAY ATTENTION AT YOUR TOTALS ‼️I arrived in the drive thru around 6:15pm to order the new nuggets from the commercials.
I ordered an 8 piece combo along with an additional 8 piece nugget and drink.
I had my money in hand ready to pay, apparently that was the wrong thing to do.
The girl at the window had a DECEITFUL tone when she told me my total was $20 🤔
I know prices have gone up however, I was attentive when I ordered from the menu board and my total shouldn’t have been $20 🤷🏾♂️
When she handed me my order there was no receipt *RED FLAG 🚩#2*
When I asked for the receipt she said the machine was broken. NOT ACCEPTABLE 🙅🏾
I asked her how come such a high total she continued with her craftiness saying I ordered 2 12 piece combos.
Which was a lie 🤦🏾♂️
I reversed my truck asking her to show me on the register and just as I suspected my ordered was NOT entered in the system.
The $20 I gave her was still in here hands 😲
When I REVERIFIED my order correctly my total miraculously was $14 and change. Now knowing she was caught, she gave me the correct change.
It’s so disheartening to know if I wasn’t paying attention she would’ve gotten over on me. I work hard for my money & I don’t take it kindly when someone tries to steal from me😤
I’ve tried to reach out to report this type of activity SEVERAL times but no answer from the store.
This doesn’t surprise me being as though the girl was clearly under the influence of some type of drug 🤦🏾♂️😔
So let’s see if corporate wants to know about the thieves at this location.

in the last weekMost of the times I’ve been here there’s always something wrong… Don’t have the food I wanted, rude, don’t answer when you pull up in the drive thru. I’m sure when ya’ll go get food somewhere, you expect your order to be right. Im just one out of hundreds of customers and you probably dont care if I come back, but after getting my order wrong 4 times in a row, I probably won’t be back. This location is terrible. The last four times they have completely given me the wrong order.. I order a large family chicken meal, GRIlLED! Always order it the same, and they always give me fried.. I have complained twice to which I was told it was too late cause they had already given it out.. this time, after I order a 16 piece grilled, they asked me if I was okay with one maybe two fried pieces cause they were a little short on grilled.. what did I get ? The entire 16 piece fried, not grilled as I specified three times over the intercom! Honestly enough to make me never eat at a kfc again, as my diet restricts fried foods! Giving this entire bucket to my dogs yet AGAIN! I’d give zero stars if I could. Disappointed not just with this franchise but with the entire corp.
Drive through order. Purchased the new chicken nuggets 😋. They were tasty! Order taker got everything right; professional, courteous, and she got my order right! A first foe this place with me.
At the beginning of June I got food poisoning here and so I was forgivable and let it go. Until last night I double checked inside the chicken and it was slimy and a bit red so I refused to get sick again. I love KFC I grew up loving these places in general but this area? No.. not happening ever again..
