    We got the chilli with half a bun. In Regina SK you get a whole bun.

  3. I’ve been here twice in 6 months and on both occasions, I couldn’t get my espresso drinks because the machine was broken. They do not maintain their machines well and that is reflected in the quality of their coffee (disgusting in my opinion)

  4. Superb customer service experience with Fe and Kyx. Staff are polite and very helpful. Clean place to stop by.

  5. They didn’t put the bacon in my grilled-cheese melt, but honestly that’s not the worse part.

    One of the staff members literally got off the counter just so she could flirt with one of the customers. Right when all of us are waiting for our food. It seems like the staff here are poorly trained and I blame that entirely on the employers here.

    Unless you actually up your game at this place. I don’t think I will be coming here again.

    Server was rude and seemed like maybe she was on “something”, bad attitude, weird and inappropriate…. Then I get my sandwich to go, and this is what I get? Looks like someone or something ate half the cheese already, the lettuce didn’t even cover half the bun, the ham was fatty and very chewy. Could’nt even eat it, was dry and disgusting. They’ve been slipping for a while but I won’t be back, this place is running on Brand/Name alone at this point… 0 stars.

    There is rarely a clean table to sit at here. It is cramped and uncomfortable to sit amd enjoy a conversation I find. I always forget my Tims card too. I wish theyd remind me.

    Terrible place to get coffee there to busy talking drive threw CANT GET THERE ORDRS RIGHT a dd coffee THEY give you a black and freanch vanilla THEY GIVE YOU ONE HAVE FREANCH VANILLA HAFE COFFEE but they can get can get one drink right and tht was a ice capp. If this was my place of business I would not have my works just standing around lik 7 by the drive threw window looks like they all counting there tips.

    Dec 10 8:15 am .Regular order tea and bagel. Noticed sugar dispenser wasn’t working. Asked for 3 sugar. Old lady won’t tell me. Makes my tea no sugar and keep it until my bagel was ready so that I don’t sip it. Smart move. She got away with it as i found it sugar free in my semi truck. Tricks !!!

    It feels like the coffee are long overdue, been getting stomachache after drinking their coffee unlike the other location I went. Orders are sometimes handed out wrong or missing, would recommend other store location.

    Bought a grilled cheese, bit into a stack of 3 cold cheese slices that could easily be pulled apart. Apon returning it the next morning when we were back out, explaining the cheese is still completely cold and in perfect form. The reply was ” of course it’s cold, it’s the next day “. On par with the ” toasted ” biscuits and English muffins I suppose. Customers would rather wait an extra 10 seconds than receive cold unprepared food.

    I love Tim Hortons from almost 10 years that I arrived to Canada. Tim Hortons is cheaper with quality! My favorites are its breakfast, the Chilly soup, Ice cap, and others delicious food!
