- Reviews:Terrible customer service. We were right at the cash register, waiting to be served. The servers were only serving the people in the cars. We waited for five minutes and nobody acknowledged our presence. We realize they were busy, but how long does it take to say, ‘be with you in a minute’? When i got my order i received 2 bagels, and a spicy chicken sandwich. It wasn’t just a random mix up. 2 customers that were there when I was also had there order messed up. The staff was rude, the lady taking our order made us repeat our order multiple times. My drink was only filled up 3/4 of the way. Almost always get the right order. Staff are friendly. Garbages are always emptied and tables are quite clean. Always disappointed when the first inch and a half of my cup is empty. It was very clean and new. With the Tim Hortons reward cards being offered there. With good service and everything fresh and delicious 😋. I would come back and recommend it to anyone who loves coffee and sweets. With great 👍 service and staff.
Just ordered from Tim’s in Cochrane. (West Valley) They forgot my extra large coffee and they threw my Boston cream donut in a bag and most of the chocolate icing stuck to the bag! Ordered a crispy chicken wrap with extra pickles and they put two pickles on it. The chicken was extremely poor quality even for fast food !
Today we went for a lunch and ordered sandwich, habanero bowl, wrap and chicken noddle soup. Received only sandwich and was told we need to wait for the habañero chicken bowl. When we asked for the rest of the order young guy at the till was very surprised. After a while we were given rest of the order; soup of the teperature of lava and chicken habañero bowl (with 5 pieces of chicken and 12 slices of habañero) Chicken bowl was the most spicy thing I’ve ever ate. It literally numbed my lips. Never got the wrap I ordered.
Service is usually great, drive through is normally quick. If you are here in the early or later hours the parking lot has zero lighting as it seems it’s controlled from Dairy Queen. Come on Tim hortons, turn some parking lot lights on!!
This location used to be so much better! Lately the staff have been rude and not helpful. Couldn’t even get a simple order right with no onions! The food tastes bad and it’s just not worth it anymore. Went to the other Tim Horton’s just down the street and it was much better than this one!
