- Reviews:It happened at 5:30 pm. The drive through lady was very unprofessional in customer service. She let us wait at the order kiosk for 5 minutes without talking to us while chit chatting to her colleagues with the micro on so we can hear she was gossiping about non-business things. After I reminded her several times and she then told us there was no drive through mobile pick up available at the location. I told her we did mobile pick up via drive through before and verify with her re the address. She said she didn’t know the address. She said there was no mobile order can be found etc. only order they do is uber. And then she said the mobile order show up and didn’t tell us what to do.. I have to repeated myself several time to make sure we can drive up to pick it up. When we drove through, there was no cars before and after me. After I were done, there was line up after me. She doesn’t seem to know what she is doing, what the store located and what the services the store has. Very disappointed and she didn’t dare to deliver my drink. Another male guy gave me the tea and I told him that lady need training in providing customer services. Never had such bad customer services in other locations in so many years. Breakfast sandwich arriving without egg, and once informed, there is no apology from anyone. The training received by the staff In drive-through needs massive overhaul. There’s no greeting, and almost always there’s a problem of them hearing your order which leads to multiple repetitions and even more delay. The girl at the speaker was too busy joking with someone in the store to listen to my order, which I had to correct three times. I got to the window and the order was still wrong, they took it back to make again and it was still wrong in the end. It was one drink. Maybe my standards were too high that I wanted both cream and sugar. Maybe third time would have been the charm. It wasn’t busy at all, I was the only person in the drive-thru. However the wait times even when it’s not busy at all are almost always too long for what you order, and the business itself updated their hours a week ago saying they open at 4:30am but when I got there at 4:45am they were closed. Here Monday morning for a coffee, at payment window I asked if they took Visa. Took me no more than a few seconds to open my wallet app on my phone, only to receive a snarky comment that I should have payment ready? Really?
What kind of miracle drink are you serving that allows that kind of arrogance? That kind of customer service is disgusting. Get better at your job.
I mostly show up here after midnight and Kevin is the greatest man to serve you. I love and respect his courteous approach and quality service. The coffee is always fresh and he is always busy.
The operator of this site is very lucky to have someone like Kevin who is a family man, dedicated and welcoming in this day and age.
I drive from Steels and Kennedy just to have my coffee whenever I want.

The worst tims in the world. This is the slowest Tim’s ever. Do not go here if you want to spend 20 min in line, crazy slow. Waited in the line for them to tell me machine is broken.
I used to be able to go in anytime, showed up this morning at 5:40 AM and the doors were still locked even though it opens at 5AM.. WHY the door is locked in Stouffville is beyond me.
