  1. Extremely convenient location and a good solid Timmies, however because it’s crazy busy the line up to get served can be quite long and frustrating to stand there with nobody paying any attention to you as they only seemed concerned with serving people at the drive through.
    On the plus, there is a good range and quantity of yummy donuts and the restaurant does offer plenty of cosy, convenient and clean seating areas in a nice vibe which has excellent upkeep and cleanliness.

  2. Ordered ahead on the app, two wraps. Stood around with several other people and it was far from busy, waited for a long time before I finally asked about my order because they were finishing them and tucking them off to the side, not bothering to call them out as they finished so mine was sitting there for some time. Finally get back in the car and on the highway, first wrap was fine but second looked like someone had chewed it and stuffed it in the cardboard package?! Totally dry, not a drop of Caesar dressing on either (we ordered Caesar wraps) and I can’t actually believe someone considered this passable to give to a customer, what in the world?! Again…not even busy so I don’t even know what they were thinking.

  3. We stood, patiently waiting, for a long time before being served. I’d estimate 5 minutes. Staff was friendly and helpful otherwise. Food and coffees were good. The restaurant looks newly renovated and is open and airy – quite nice. Bathroom were a bit grungy and i was informed that the women’s washroom had no tp. I mentioned this to staff – not sure when it was resolved.

  4. Unfortunately my mom and I were extremely disappointed by this Tim’s. After 10 hours of driving from up north, we were so excited to have a nice hot steeped tea to help us finish our journey, but were served barely warm tea with cups covered in sticky honey. Wish we had noticed before we drove off so we could have returned them. Additionally there were many staff and the service was slow and disorganized. Definitely will be choosing one of the many other options next time we stop at Whatcom rd.

  5. They seriously need to train their younger (and newer I assume?) staff better before allowing them to interact with customers on their own. The cashier that I ordered from was incredibly immature and unprofessional. I was ready to give up on the order and walk away until a senior employee stepped in.

    I wasn’t at Tim’s but I was on the Wendy’s side of it and the burgers patty’s were crushed, the fries first round were cold, and my mom and I had to listen to some lady cough like she was hacking up a hair all of phylum. This was my Baconader and it was horrible. So please don’t eat here.

    A disastrous loaded wrap wrapped in a bagel bag.. burnt.. and when you go to the window, they literally throw things at you.. I get you have window times but have some common sense as well. Let guests put their card/wallet away before you throw things at them.

    Terrible experience. Found fruit flies in the ice of my drink. Showed manager and asked for a replacement, wouldn’t offer that claiming they came from my vehicle. Wouldn’t give back refund either. Been buying food from here for years but this was the worst experience by far. Avoiding this Tim’s from now on.

    It’s sad that the walk-in customers weren’t as important as the drive thru customers! I know this is true because I came into the store and placed my order. I was watching the sandwich makers order board and could see my order. All of a sudden a drive thru order the same as mine pops up as he was making my sandwich and it was given to the drive thru customer. Then it happened again right after that. Eventually I got my order after standing there watching this unfold. Why aren’t all customers treated the same? This happens a lot. The answer is “we have a time limit that we need to achieve “ so people in your restaurant couldn’t be on a time crunch making walk-in customers watch their food get served to someone who orders after them. You don’t have a drive thru in the country that a semi can fit through. But we’re not on a time limit for service!

    Every time we ask for the chipotle steak bowl they tell us they don’t have it there. My husband ordered the chicken bowl instead and was given a wrap. People are in too much of a rush and not listening to the customer. If language is an issue please don’t put them where customers have to continually ask them to repeat what they said.

    I go here almost daily and would’ve given 5* except for the fact their scanner isn’t working so cannot get any points or participate in roll up the rim. This especially sucks as it takes longer to earn a free coffee since point system changed.

    Great coffee and snacks. All the baristas are hard working and give in their best. I had to repeat my order multiple times and still was given the wrong order. All the baristas are hard working and humble. My only suggestion is to have cashiers/who take the order to be English speakers so that there is no confusion OR suggestion is for coffee cups to mention name of the person or the actual order. For eg. I ordered a med. White chocolate mocha with 2 pumps of caramel. Some abbreviation of that or my name on the cup will eliminate any confusion. There were 2 unlabeled cups and when I asked which one is mine I was randomly handed over the wrong one. I hope to return to better service.

    They never seem to have any food left. Very discouraging to go there for something in particular and have to leave without. Doesn’t make me feel confident that you will ever. Not the first time it’s happened. It happens all the time

    Probably one of the worse Tim Hortons I have ever been to. The Managers at this location should be ashamed with themselves. I usually come here in the morning around 8:00am, to usually find 15 workers behind the counter and 14 of them are giving the drive through priority because they need their average time low. So people like me, who walk in to order (because there are 10+ cars lined up in the drive through) there is no one in front of me, and those 10+ cars still beat me. Just absolutely horrible spot. If you drive here, wait in the long line, you will be served 100% faster then walking in.
