I have to say that this is one of the cleanest Tim’s that I’ve been in, in a long time!!! While I was having breakfast, I had the pleasure of listening to a gentleman who was working the drive-thru window, and his interactions with people at the drive-thru. He was so pleasant, personable, polite, offered help, communicated with his kitchen team out loud, . . . It was incredibly nice to hear somebody who really gets the customer service ethics and personality, and who practices it! I font know if the gentleman was a supervisor or a manager, or even the owner, but his customer service practices were absolutely outstanding and the whole team worked as a unit together and communicating with eachother!!! Bravo and well done folks! I took pictures of all this. If you are wondering what those black spots are on my farmers wrap? That is previously cooked food that wasn’t cleaned off the grill and burnt onto my food. Then today there’s a 20 min wait in the drivethru at noon… Any guesses why? The debit screen didn’t work at all, so no debit payments. When I told the manager I’ve been saying this for weeks, and they have more than enough profits to afford debit machines, she told me she didn’t like what I was saying, and to never come back. Please stop putting a pound of butter on a cold bagel. Pretty sure this bagel was pre toasted since it was rock hard and room temperature when I was handed it and the significant amount of butter refuses to melt. This is my second time being given a bagel like this, this week. A plain bagel toasted with butter is the simplest order, doesn’t get easier on the toasted bagel front really. Ordered on Sept 21 around 11:30am.
Went through drive thru it was quick service. Love there Rice bowls and wraps specially Cilantro chicken.
In terms of drink french vanilla is our favorite.
Today tired there new drink “Vanilla Coconut latte” with chocolate shot.
Drink was okies didn’t like it much.
Hopefully more new drinks will be launched soon.
This place consistently fills up coffee way below the cup rim. I have brought this up with manager but it continues to happen. There are many other issues with location as well , rushing through drive through and order mistakes. All because the want to rush it.
A very decent Tim Hortons location with fast and efficient service. The drive-in area tends to be quite busy. A small problem I have with this place is that they don’t always keep it very clean (perhaps because of how much traffic the cafe gets).
An extremely busy location without the resources to support its traffic. Staff are constantly overwhelmed during peak hours where they have to prioritize drive-thru over walk-ins. Orders will get lost in the system during these peak hours as well. If you’re looking to get something fast or to-go, do NOT try to walk-in as even the simplest order will likely take 15+ minutes. Staff are friendly and helpful, but it seems like some newer hires are under-trained and kinda lost as they are all required to do like 3 different things sometimes.
