- Reviews:Provide training to your night staff, Very rude to and resist to customers, even he charged me for two coffees, I asked for refund for one, but he didn’t provide me that. Also, the coffee is horribly made, can’t even drink. Now, at least keep one person who can speak English, it’s very disappointing we were translated in to French for him but your staff was resist too us. Not recommend this place to any customers specially at night. Also the coffee is always burnt. Do yourself a favor and go to the other Tim’s down Montée Paiement. At least the coffee won’t be burnt. To the owner, you just lost 5 regular long time customers for trying to save a few cents. Besides that the food is good there.By Guy Lachance (11 months ago)I love this store, I live around the corner, we are here everyday 2 and sometimes 3 times a day, been visiting for over 5 years, my kid is addicted to the 4 cheese bagel with cream cheese and tomatoes. Today instead of taking the drive through we walked here and order the standard four cheese bagel and was very specific to ask for the cream cheese and tomatoes. The girl placed it on the counter and mumbled something I can’t understand I waited if it was someone else’s because I didn’t know what she said, then tried to ask her if this was mine, but she rudely made sure to ignore me completely, my kid found out that it didn’t have tomatoes, so I went back to double check if it was mine they asked me if I ordered it with tomatoes, my response was absolutely, so she grabbed it out of my hand shuvved tomatoes inside and almost through it in my face. I completely understand if the cashier forgot to punch the tomatoes, I was extremely polite with all but never aeen such rudeness. I love the store everybody has been extremely friendly. I don’t understand her rudeness, I didn’t even ask her to fix it I was just making sure it was actually mine. 2 hour wait time, bag was open on one side when we got it. (dont think driver did anything to my food.) all the donuts were the wrong kind AND THEIR WAS A PIECE OF PLASTIC COOKED INTO MY CHEESE CROISSANT! This place is ruining the name of tim horton’s. It’s places like these that lose the franchise as a whole customers for LIFE!
While the bar for Timmies is pretty low, this somehow kissed the mark.
Ordered through the online app, drove 5 minutes to the shop, and waited almost 15 minutes for my 3 coffees and breakfast sandwich. In the time I waited, I saw people come in, order, get their food and drinks and leave.
2 stars is generous. The coffee is hit and miss, and the food is horrendous. Staff have no idea where they are or what they’re doing. Whoever is running this tim hortons should be ashamed honestly.
The worst Tims I have been to so far. The employees clearly don’t want to work there and laugh in our faces. The order was wrong and I was blamed for it. Nonsense, this location should just close.
It is May, Tuesday at 6pm. Dirty as usual. Dining and kitchen. Not polite. Not much enthusiasm. Thats my personal opinion. They serve my coffee not long. So, that’s my 2 stars.
