  1. Very long wait times (10+ mins easily), the carpet in the lobby is always soaking and miasmic, and they are always out of exactly what you ordered. Finally, the tables are always coated in a layer of week old crumbs.

  2. Have been here several times and this location is always a disappointment. Consistently gets orders wrong including both food and coffee. Despite having lots of staff, service is slow. I have literally watched staff hovering over cashiers who are assisting customers and the ones hovering can’t be bothered to open a second cash to get customers through (despite not doing anything for numerous consecutive orders). There is no care in the quality/presentation as you can expect take-out food to not be wrapped properly, and destroyed by the time you return home. When the staff is preparing items you have to consistently retell them your order as they do not listen and will send you out with something you did not want. Always check your coffee here as you can expect it to be cold or not prepared as directed. The speakers in the foyer are crackly/worn out and the music sounds awful. Essentially, the staff needs to be replaced at this location!

  3. I’ve been going to the Barrington location for years while using the drive-through. They are very quick with orders, but in the past few months, the accuracy has started to decline. In fact, 3 times out of the past 6 visits they have gotten my order wrong. This morning, I had to correct my order twice at the drive-though station and I still got the wrong bagel. So, after 10 years, I will have to use a different location from now on. Update – I gave them another try this morning. Ordered my usual BELT with sausage. Got to my office to find no lettuce, no tomato. In short, I got charged for a belt and got a regular bagel sandwich. The drive through service at this Tim’s location is now pathetic and it’s a lottery as to whether you get what you ordered. Check before you leave.

  4. I rarely leave bad reviews, I prefer to give people the benefit of the doubt… but every time I go to this Tim Hortons the staff are rude, or at least unfriendly. No matter how friendly i try to be I can’t even get a smile out of any of them. Only scowls. I literally watched one of the girls roll her eyes at a customer who asked for a straw and promptly changed her mind upon realizing the cold drink lids don’t need straws. When working in the service industry the bare minimum is supposed to be friendly service. I don’t expect over the top giddy characters, but I should at least not be made to feel like the staff is annoyed with me simply because they have to serve me a coffee…
    Very unpleasant experience…

    Busy Tim Hortons which is open until a good time for a late coffee if you want one. The coffee can be hit or Miss, sometimes it hot, sometimes it is just warm. Recommend asking for your drink extra hot to get it at a temperature which is enjoyable.

    This is a tired old Tim Hortons at the entrance to the boardwalk. It hasn’t been cleaned and/or updated in a long time. Staff is fabulous. Food is typical. But the place itself is dreary.

    Ordered at Tim Hortons for first time(and last) I ordered a bowl of cilantro chicken and got a tiny sandwich instead and no cilantro was found! Never had such disgusting sandwich!

    Ordered a xl tea dd with milk and a 20 pack of honey dipped timbits. I received a xl coffee and a box of assorted timbits. It’s not that hard to make a tea and out 20 honey dipped timbits in a box, and If the customer says “no chocolate ” there shouldn’t be ANY chocolate timbits in the box.

    Ordered a medium sized hot chocolate a coffee and a bottle of water. Hot drinks were hot, place was bright and clean enough. Service was robotic and slow. All in all typical Tim’s.

    CBR wrap was no more than 2/3 the size it was when I had previously ordered one with no decrease in price, so…horrible value now. Had to wait in line just to get a spoon that wasn’t included with our soup, when ordered. Girlfriend noticed a bit of lint in her tap water. Not impressed by this restaurant or their service; Two Stars.

    Staff is so bad especially the girl named Arsh , check the video of feb 02, 2023 at 8.23pm and you will know how she talks to the customer, i ordered 1 dozen of donuts , i was selecting the donuts and she took some and gave to other customer who was after me, when i asked that i ordered first and i should be served first then she yelled at me and said u can take your money back bcz there were no more donuts that i want. She really spoke so bad, I never complained against anyone but i will not leave this girl , she should learn some respect and manners and then come at work. I attached her picture also, i was not able to take her video while she was yelling at me bcz i have to leave for work so i am only posting her picture, i will complain to her seniors too bcz she really needs some lesson bfr coming at work.
