I have been extremely loyal, the only car wash in Delray that I have ever used.
Normally, the service is excellent but unfortunately today that was not the case. The young lady that greeted me was extremely rude and she was on her phone she would not take the phone out of her face. I explained to her that I was trying to see the prices of the wash that I was needing. In an extremely rueful tone, I was told you could’ve just pulled up. Her attitude was so horrible. I decided not to get my car washed today , so she told me just back up just go just go.
I talked with the manager Scott about what happened and was told that he would have to talk to her and find out what really transpired. As a loyal customer for five years, I’ve never had an issue at this car wash. I’ve been extremely pleased with their service. The manager Scott should have offered to assist me today, he should have said, I’m very sorry this happened to you, but instead he did nothing. He allowed a loyal customer to drive off his lot with no service. I will never be back.2 weeks agoThere are a few operational issues with this car wash. First, they vacuum your car before it even goes into the wash. This means that there is a line of cars behind you and workers most likely rush when they are vacuuming your car to keep the line moving. At any other car wash, specifically El Car Wash, your car goes through the wash then is vacuumed, wiped down, detailed, etc. Besides this, I purchased the membership and took my car there for washes two days in a row and both days they missed the same sand-covered passenger mat. They also don’t remove the mats when they vacuum. This could be from overall laziness, or like I said, an operational issue. I do not recommend. Go to El Car Wash instead.2 months agoI went to rub a dub today, and had them do a door dash console detail, was 49 dollars, and included the 34 dollar top level wash. Was a good value and they had me in and out quickly. I’m not ever really excited to go sit at a car wash in a waiting room, but I got no complaints. Was the best it could be for what it was. And much much better then sweating in the heat doing it myself on my day off.4 months agoAlways less than 45 minutes for the complete inside and outside hand wipe and extra vacuum been here with my 5 different rental cars before I returned them as I am newly moved into the area and none of the rental companies had any company highly recommended6 months agoThe car is dirty. No attention to detail. The cup holders weren’t even vacuumed. The wheels look horrible!!! I’d rate it ZERO stars if I could. Save your money and go somewhere else

4 weeks agoI booked an appointment for an exterior car detail with Scott over the phone. Never been here before. My car is sitting in the hot sun all day and I noticed the small spoiler on my trunk is starting to oxidize. I thought I would get the detail and a ceramic coating to protect the car better. Scott said the detail was better than the coating and he wouldn’t want to sell me something I didn’t need. Right off the bat I was impressed! They took me on time for my appointment. Marcus, hopefully I got his name correct, went over the car with me asking questions about what I wanted done. He said it would be about two hours. I believe he and his crew went above and beyond doing a fantastic job not only on the outside but also on the inside. Car was very clean and shiny. They even did my headlights! Spoiler is still oxidized but hopefully won’t get worst. At some point it will probably need to be painted. The service employees are professionally dressed which really impressed me. They seemed well staffed and everyone was focused on great customer service and a fun environment! The waiting room is the nicest I have ever seen for a car wash and bathrooms were very clean. I didn’t even hear the usual car wash noise! I will definitely take my car there over and over again and recommend to everyone I know. They were done under the two hours! Well run business! Highly recommend do not go anywhere else.a week agoIf I could give this business zero stars I think I would. First time I went was when they first opened. I had one of the guys give me his number which already made me uncomfortable then the main guy at the time told me all the guys thought I was hot and was distracting them from washing cars. GROSS AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! However they did an amazing job cleaning both inside and outside.
After a couple months I was in need of another carwash because my friend spilt her ice coffee on my passenger side door. First they try to charge me $60 for inside / outside car wash detail after I said $25. Waited over 30 minutes for it to be done. They never even cleaned my doors on the inside ( the coffee was still on my passenger inside door. They never cleaned it. ) My center console wasn’t even touched or wiped down and my trunk remained forgotten aka still had dog hair and leaves in there. After contacting the front office as soon as I pulled away expressing my concerns the front office man told me I basically should have paid for the $60 inside / outside carwash were they would have wiped it… Why would a car wash company even offer an inside wash if they don’t actually wipe down the doors or anything inside…. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS CARWASH BUSINESS AFTER THIS ENCOUNTER AND MY CAR STILL IS STILL NOT CLEAN. WASTE OF MONEY.a week agoI payed for hand wax and I can guarantee you that I never saw them doing it, when ask the manager he told me that they did it. I would never go back and I would never recommending this place. I feel that my $80 for hand wax wasn’t worth it. I wish cam get my money back.3 months agoOn the recommendation of two friends and despite the many negative reviews on social media, I decided to give Lenny’s car wash in Delray a try. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t good. I fell victim to the $60 “Super”Car Wash spiel given when I drove in. I pointed out the love bugs on my windshield to the person who assured me they would be totally removed. Unfortunately, they weren’t!!! Since I had an appointment and didn’t have time to wait around I left. Unfortunately, even though Lenny’s is close to my home, I will be looking for an alternate establishment where I will hopefully be pleased. In this particular instance, you DEFINITELY DON’T get what you paid for.

I’ve been a monthly subscription member for years, way too often the line is out to the road, or the carwash is broken and out of order. Now the compressed air is broken as are about 1/3 of the vacuums. I do appreciate the clean rags to wipe everything down and it’s convenient to my house, but the last 3 times I drove into Zips I had to turn around and go home. It’s getting ridiculous.
This place is awesome! The wash left my car extremely clean & the complimentary supplies were helpful with detailing my car.
I was able to clean the cloth seats of my vehicle well by using their unlimited vacuums as a shop vac.
The attendants helped me pick the best wash for my needs and answered my questions.
Heads up, they only take cards as payment.
4/21 Update: Yet AGAIN CLOSED!
Stopped by at 9:30am and entrance blocked off. Now 3rd time out of 5 that I’ve gone they were closed during their supposed open hours. If I can’t get my car washed, why should I keep getting billed for your monthly service. Looks like it’s time to find a more reliable car wash as these guys can’t be trusted to be open.
Today was now twice in the last 3 times in I’ve gone that they were closed way before closing time. Today 3/12 before 5pm the lot was still pretty full of people drying their cars off, the employees just sitting by wash entrance & a line of cars pulling in then seeing the pay/entrance machines blocked off and try to turn around to leave. I have been paying the monthly VIP plan for a good while now, but I’m sure not seeing an ounce of VIP service in my last 3 visits.
more every Sunday morning 1st stop of the day. always a great wash. and love that they have towels and cleaners to help you get the most out of your wash experience. vacuums too. no extra charge. love Zips!
This car wash is horrible, and now they charge $12. They got a A lot of nerve none of their vacuums work. Their car wash is horrible. Your car comes out wet and spots all over it. I would never go back to this car. Wash even if it was free and I suggest nobody else does either. Maybe they’ll fix things.
