It’s creatively styled, comfortable, and in the perfect spot to take in all Missoula has to offer — restaurants, music, and a walk along the river. The condo is very clean, the bathroom is super cool and the mattress allows for a great night sleep. Ross is very nice and responsive too! Highly recommend…10 years agoThe Wilma Condo Vacation Rental owned by Ross was fantastic!! We had been on the road, car-camping our way through Montana, and found spending two nights in the condo a wonderful reprieve. We couldn’t have asked for more. The space was thoughtful, well-maintained, and centrally located. We had no complaints during our entire stay and have already recommended it to family and friends who pass through Missoula. Ross was accommodating and helpful, welcoming you to this sweet town in true Montana style!11 years agoWe stayed here for a week in mid-June. The condo is ideally located, adjacent to Cara Park with its concerts and markets, just steps from Brennan’s Wave, and walking distance to several nice restaurants and the University.Ross has done a fantastic job in updating the unit, opting for a modern decor which maximizes every square inch of the small studio’s footprint. There is a full kitchen (albeit with miniature appliances) and a nice, tiled shower, plus a very comfortable bed. The only problem we encountered was that – despite an AC unit – this condo tends to collect a lot of solar heat (bring shorts and tank tops to wear inside during spring and summer!)
9 years agoAbsolutely loved our stay! We stayed in the Wilma Condo for a week and loved every minute. The views out the windows are such a highlight. Looking toward town you can see the activity while changing windows you gazed upon the Clark Fork. We have stayed several places in town but by far the views from Ross’s Condo are superior. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for comfort. We will definitely look forward to our future stay in this perfect condo. Thank you.

3 months agoApartment was clean, modern and perfectly appointed with everything you need for a great stay. The kitchenette and bathroom have all the basics provided which is such a treat when traveling. There was no need to go out and purchase toiletries, cleaning supplies, paper towels, trash bags, etc. We loved the little touches provided by the owner such as earplugs, make up removing wipes, coffee, and little candies and a kind note to welcome us. The location is right in the middle of downtown and within walking distance of excellent bars and restaurants. If you are using the services of the Grizzly Hackle Fly Shop downstairs it’s such a treat to just roll out of bed and be ready to meet up with the guide downstairs! HIGHLY RECOMMEND and look forward to a return visit.7 months agoAbsolutely beautiful apartments! I’m a local photographer and hosted marathon portrait sessions in the apartment because it’s truly the perfect backdrop. Right when we arrived I was pleased to find the room extremely clean and it smelt clean too. The amazing owners are incredibly helpful and allowed me to tour the rooms before booking. They are very kind people who take pride in their offerings. Apartments are also safe and secure with codes for entry. Highly recommend staying here especially if you want to experience downtown Missoula. It’s the perfect location with the perfect owners.6 months agoI have stayed at the Dry Fly apartments at least 5 times in the past 4 years and have never been disappointed!! The location is ideal and the apartments are so comfortably appointed, it is always my first choice when traveling to Missoula!a year agoI just spent several days at the Dry Fly Apartments, and I’m definitely going to look for availability there next time I’m in Missoula. I really enjoyed my stay. First, the apartments themselves are priced in line with or better than the better Missoula hotels. Except you get two bedrooms and a kitchenette, plus access to a washer/dryer, and the perfect location to walk to everything in downtown Missoula. The owner is super responsive and friendly. I walked in to find a note and some sweets on the table by the TV. Nice touch. The aesthetic is a nice mix of “rustic” with modern touches like the light fixtures. I happen to enjoy fly fishing, so I liked the photos and other fish decor. Loved having access on either side of the building, too. I could stay in air conditioned comfort and enjoy views of Caras Park and the river/mountains beyond the city. HIGHLY recommend staying here. My stay was for an outing to the Bob Marshall Wilderness, and I got great service from the Grizzly Hackle, too. I bought my license there and got advice on flies to use in the Bob. This will be the first place I check next time I or my family is traveling to Missoula for sure.2 years agoBeautiful, modern apartments with great touches like exposed brick walls stylish, tiled bathrooms, well equipped modern kitchenettes and cool Montana artwork. Very, very clean! Owner is very service oriented and returns emails and texts promptly. Parking is available. Price is very reasonable and the location is perfect for walking to great restaurants, bars and bakeries. A fantastic place to stay not only for fly fisherman but anyone visiting Missoula!

Great hidden little Airbnb. We stayed here for State XC. Wonderful location right in the water and not a bad walk to downtown. The place was clean and simply decorated.
Had an wonderful stay at this beautifully restored historic home right on the river. We were able to walk Downtown for dinner and drinks in about 10 minutes through a nice neighborhood. The pedestrian bridge to U of M is just steps away. Room was very comfortable and hosts were easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!
I stayed here for one night to go to a concert at the Kettlehouse Amphitheater. It was perfect! The instructions to get inside were easy, the place was super cute and clean (most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in—maybe memory foam?—with nice quality sheets), parking was easy, and the place was quiet. Location was also great. I took the shuttle from Top Hat to the Kettlehouse Amphitheater because I did not want to deal with parking, and I was able to walk from the bed and breakfast to Top Hat in about 15 minutes and didn’t have to deal with any parking or driving hassles. Would highly recommend.
Incredible location and wonderful accommodations! Loved having the washer/dryer in the unit, and the view out of the window was beautiful. Easy to walk places, and very responsive hosts. I’ll definitely try to stay here again on my next visit to Missoula.
I spent nearly a month here. It’s a lovely location right on the river. A short walk to several hiking trails and downtown. Courtney and Jordan are very hospitable hosts! A great place to stay in Missoula.
