5 months agoAlways amazing service! Friendly associate name Dora is always the sweetest and always answers all my questions and concerns. I absolutely adore this, quick quack car, wash location. I love the new system and appearancea month agoNice people and good service. That’s all the good. I’ve been there 3 times now and the car wash keeps scratching my car first it was small and didn’t really notice it but this last time really did a number. And the vacuums are always taken up so I never used them, good I have my own hand vacuum for the cara week agoThere is not too many vacuums available, most of the time they are taken because there’s not enough, not enough clothing available, the staff does not care about whether the car gets clean or not. They just even don’t look at the window and just a spray the soap a little bit, and they just passing by. Unfortunately this is the closest to my house today I went there, It was 8:58 they already had shut down the system, and they told me I have to back off because the system cannot come back on until tomorrow morning so I asked them why they don’t put the sign. If it’s not open, they should put the sign up front at the entrance if it’s closed. It’s no big deal. I easily backed off and I came home but the reason I’m writing this review is if someone cares from the management, they have to change some staff from this location and bring new people for the better service. 👎a week agoI love how convenient and quick it is. Also being able to wash my car as much as I need in this weather is needed. The employees are always friendly so that just is a bonus.4 weeks agoExcellent drive through automatic car wash. Nice touch to have the guys wipe the car dry afterwards. Would have liked to have cloths available at the vacuums to wipe the dash clean. Overall a great place to get your car washed.

2 months agoThis location is fairly new and has 18 vacuum spaces! So exciting! They use recycled water to help the environment, in the same vein makes you car clean. The staff are efficient and friendly. Great job 👏a month agoQuick Quack Car Wash is my go-to for a fast and fantastic car wash. The friendly staff, efficient service, and spotless results never disappoint. Plus, their unlimited wash options make it a great value. Highly recommend for a squeaky-clean car in no time! #QuickQuackCarWash4 months agoThe person who guides the cars onto the rails didn’t space out the cars very much, so when the suv in front of me stopped at the very end to get that last bit of extra air time it nearly caused a collision. I had to brake in order to not hit them. Thankfully when I honked they drove off and I was able to get out before the person behind me could’ve unintentionally bumped me too… Just give people a extra foot or two. You won’t lose sales and the wait line will only be a minute longer. These vehicles range from 3-5-10-20k, you shouldn’t play around and find out. Focus on safety. Please.
Edit: today is 3/15/23 and I visited around 4-5pm.
edit 2: Of course I cant reply to the automated message from the “owner.” I’ve been a customer for quick quack for a couple years now and I can tell you with confidence I have memorized what I’m supposed to do when I get in the rails. If I were to do nothing, there would have been a collision on the rails. Simply put, the person in front of me did not “go” when the “go” light was on. Surely you can see the issue here.
3 months agoI am completely dissatisfied with the service I received. I feel as if I am being ripped off with quick quack taking money from me for a service that was never used. Customer service didn’t even help. I will never return here and will not suggest quick quack to anyone as I was harassed into a membership that I was continuously and repeatedly pressured into getting after stating NO I did not want any membership. I was forced into one just so I can go on about my day. It seems like quick quack only cares about sales and taking money from people instead of caring about people which they are seeking to gain as customers. This definitely left a bad impression on me. I will take my services back to super clean xpress. They always took care of me there. I should have never left them. I merely wanted to give quick quack a try since there was a new one built in my area. Never again.4 months agoThis location had the best customer service ever. From check in it was already a good experience the two associates were very friendly and seemed happy to be there. During my Wash something fell off of the car infront of me but thanks to Jose the manager for being aware of his surroundings heard when this happened and quickly acted by pulling said thing out the way before it damaged my car. Afterwards he personally made sure to go above and beyond to make sure the rest of my experience went well. I don’t usually come to this location just because I go to the one closer to home but they now have a new regular! Thank you Jose and team. So refreshing to actually have great customer service! That’s hard to find now days.

Today I had my lifted f150 stuck about 2 feet deep in mud! Been a member for some time now but never had it this dirty with mud before , checked in with Chris and man he had his work cut out for him ! He used a spray brush and took about 5-10 mins cleaning this big ole mess up before I even went through the machine ! He took his job above and beyond and made my day ! His supervisor left the decision to his discretion being they do have a mud policy that I was unaware of , Chris not only educated me but had an amazing level of professionalism while interacting! Shout out to this location ! The management the staff were all respectful considerate and reasonable! 10/10! Best location

I really love this location! It’s convenient to my local activity, family and friends. They always have plenty of spaces for vacuuming! One thing I’d prefer is more access to towels, but otherwise the staff is friendly, efficient, and helpful.
