a month agoI brought my new Tesla by today. Paid $75 for a hand carwash because I didn’t want my paint ruined and these low life jokers used dirty, cheap rags on my car. Now my 3 month old car is full of swirl scratches. My husband and I purposefully avoid machine car washes for this very reason. I even told the guys this when I upgraded from a machine wash to a hand car wash. If you have a nice, new, pricey car DO NOT bring it to this place. They CLEARLY don’t care how they send you out and seemingly do not use microfiber cloths that won’t scratch your car. They also did NOT clean the inside properly. I’m so upset! This $75 mistake is gonna cost me thousands of dollars to fix! NEVER AGAIN!4 months agoWaist of money. Paid over 70$ for the mini detail. Take your vehicle to a drive threw and do it yourself. Asked for a refund and the manager Rocio said NO.2 months agoI came for an oil change… they didn’t carry the oil my son uses for his car but they gave me the recommendations and I went back the next day! Enrique and Demetrius are such respectful young men. Always polite and the assistant manager Junior always helpful but was off this Sunday! In fact he told me to get the battery for my dodge challenger and he was right it was about to go out So he helped me avoid a break down Thank God!! It is nice to know that there are still good honest people out here not taking advantage of customers and ripping them off. This is a reputable business!! I am bringing my other two vehicles here!! Thanks City view Carwash and lube TEAM!in the last weekI brought my truck in today with one side covered in hard water stains on the paint, windows, and running boards that were not coming off with regular washing/scrubbing. I was concerned they wouldn’t come out at all. After doing a test on a small area, they let me know that they believe they can get it all off. I opted to get a synthetic wax applied afterwards. Delfino did an outstanding job and not only did he get out the hard water spots, but the paint looks and feels better than it did the day I took it home from the dealer.
I got there somewhat early and before the full Saturday rush. I was pretty impressed with the teamwork and coordination between the employees. They got quite busy but still operated smoothly.
Employees were very nice, answered all my questions and took great care of my vehicle.
Thanks again to Delfino and the rest of the team for making my truck look better than new!

2 months agoFirst time at this car wash and Christine was very helpful! Thank you for your assisting me Christine. The vacuum’s were powerful, clean towels were put out very often, they had glass cleaner & all purpose cleaner for use, carpet cleaning machine. Would highly recommend getting a car wash at this establishment.3 weeks agoWe’re new monthly membership holders at this car wash, and on Sunday–just our third visit–some sort of malfunction in the track caused another customer to rear-end our car while going through the wash. Our car (which we’d owned for just a month) suffered denting and scratching to the back bumper.
The supervisor on duty admitted that its systems were at fault and purportedly filed an incident report, and told us that the manager was out of town but would call us when he was back in the office on Tuesday. We still have not received a call. My husband physically went to the car wash on Tuesday–no manager. Called on Wednesday–no manager. Visited in person AGAIN today, on Thursday–still no manager. He demanded to see the manager’s schedule, and will return yet again tomorrow when the manager will purportedly be there.
We absolutely should not have to go to this much trouble to get this incident resolved. The manager’s failure to make even a single phone call to acknowledge the situation is extremely unprofessional.
When the car wash runs smoothly, it’s a great service. But the fact that when there’s a problem, Caliber cannot be trusted to take care of its customers and make things right means I’d take my business elsewhere.
5 months agoI really didn’t do car washes, much less car wash memberships. However, the staff is friendly, and I (knock on wood) have never had any car wash issues… well, except for the time I forgot to take off my antenna.Being able to visit any Q Wash location is a plus. I have 3 asking my typical route during the week and a 4th close by if I want a wash on the weekend.
Alta Mere and Heritage Trace are my favorite locations. The Basswood location is easiest to access of the 2 along I-35W.
The Benbrook location is a nice location to stop into on the weekend. Plus Walmart is right next door.
They’re changing the name, and I would imagine ownership, so I’m worried the experience may change, but, for now, I’m a loyal customer.

I asked a young man (Mikhail) to check my mirror for possible damage from what I mistakenly thought was from washing process, so he took the time to walk along side vehicle while washing (I know he got wet doing this) I was so relieved to find out it wasn’t the machinery, because I really like coming here. I’m very pleased with the staff here and totally recommend you spending your money here, well worth it. Thank you Mikhail, appreciate the extra effort.in the last weekOut of the many car washes out there. Caliber car wash is my favorite. Plenty of locations. They always have towels and give out air fresheners (that actually smell good). They have a carpet cleaning machine which is nice. The vacuums always work!! The workers are friendly also.

This is my car wash spot and the guys here are amazing! All the employees are smiling, having a good time and they care about your car! I wish the owner would let them wear shorts and dry fit shirt on hot days.
Very convenient car wash service. They provide vacuum, towels for drying and interior, glass cleaner and all purpose cleaner. The staff is also very helpful and attentive.
Update: wish I could leave another review and an additional star! The staff here is so helpful. I literally pass by so many car washes just to come to this specific location
Caliber car wash in Keller is great. David was a great help and recommend The Caliber wash that comes with waxing. I’ve been here a couple times, car comes out clean, and they never disappoint. Staff is friendly and helpful, I will definitely return!
I have given this company 1 full month to make things right. On June 27th there was a 6 car accident pile up inside this car wash. The day of the accident there was no manager on site as he was gone on vacation for 1 week. The following week we called and spoke to him and he promised a call back in 2 days. Two days later we heard nothing from him. We have since then left 5 voicemails at this location without a single call back. We will now have to take this one step farther to get this taken care of. All we want is our car to be repaired in the shape it was in before using this car wash. I have the entire incident on video from their surveillance cameras to help with my case. The boys working even stated there is no emergency shut off in these situations and the belt has to be manually shut off by an employee. If I were you I would not take your car to this car wash as they don’t care about their customers and have zero integrity. I’ll make sure to make everyone and every social media site aware of their awful customer service, machinery and trustworthiness.
been coming here for over a year with multiple vehicles (probably at least 3 in rotation at all times), the monthly membership makes it completely worth it. love the service. every employee is super friendly and helpful. the car wash is always clean and so are the areas so drying and vacuuming. 10/10 recommend.
