a year agoNot what we thought it was. My fiance took our truck in to have it cleaned inside and out. Services were not explained at all. Had to ask about extras. We wanted a full clean and were basically offered a regular wash and vacuum. He did manage to finally get the clean inside and out package. We did not, however, get a clean inside. Still dust everywhere. We were willing to pay more money to get it completely cleaned, and they did not deliver. We will go somewhere else in the future. Maybe they were just super busy and understaffed like the rest of the country is. The customer service was very friendly. No problem there at all.6 months agoI would give them 5 stars but my only down dislike are there dirty smelly rags almost everytime I get my car wiped down it smells like dirty wet rags smell.
Customers services is great the girls and guys are accommodating.
My only dislike is the smell of the dirty rags. If they wipe stuff down they can’t keep using wet dirty musty smelly rags it will stick on to everything in the cars.
Maybe have someone dry cleaning them and make sure to use detergent????
Update: went this past week and the dry towels did not smell like a wet dog on a summer day ????????????. I increased my stars to 4****
5 months agoI preferrred when the attendant would use the power wand to clean the 4 wheels and the back of the car – never gets very clean just doing the drive through. And adding all those vaccuming stations was a huge waste of money in my opinion – at best they needed just half as many.4 months agoBest carwash and detail service in O Fallon, MO. I was over charged, paid double than what I should have been charged.4 months agoTruly one of a kind, with the self washers disappearing and being replaced by automatic ones this one is a life saver for those who REALLY want to wash their car. Equipment all works great, it’s clean, prices are good, and after talking to the owner Tim for a bit, I can clearly see that he loves and cherishes the place and all of his customers.

I love this place here in Ofallon always get me right in and I can use the vacuums. They also have microfiber towels and cleaning solution that you can wipe your interior down with all the employees are nice. I seem to see Chris all the time very professional, and helpful and very courteous!
I decided to give this place a shot and frankly that was a bad choice. I was met at the pay station by an employee who asked what type of wash I wanted. Despite asking for the basic wash which on the website is $5, my card was run for $10. When I exited the wash I drove a mile up the road to work and when I exited my car I notice scratches down the side of my car. I emailed the contact info with the photo and was quickly told that it wasn’t their problem and to contact my insurance company. I received a photo of their sign that exempts them from any and all liability. At no point, did the helpful employee who overcharged me for the mediocre wash point out the sign or indicate that I needed to do anything before proceeding.
This place will damage your vehicle, overcharge you and then blame you for it. Avoid this wash and save yourself the headache….unless you love scratches in your paint.

I was billed 80 dollars over the corse of 12 days for a 10 dollar trial membership. Currently sitting on the phone w their customer service for 32 minutes & running as I write this review. Plus half the stuff in the wash is under maintenance every time. Like tire shine… still on hold
Remember the steel rollers that grabbed the front wheels and jerked your car forward into the car wash?! Not so here. A nice moving platform that gives you time to shift to neutral and relax. Then on to the waiting vacuums. Nice place, glad I’m a member.
