4 months agoI have been to two different locations and both time my car came out with black grease on it. I will not be going again.5 months agoI’ve been coming to this car wash for awhile now (a few years) and thought I’d leave a review. I’m constantly satisfied with the results after each visit. Not only from how clean my cars look after getting serviced, but also by the employees who work there. The times I’ve went there the cashier in the booth is always friendly. On the rare occasion that I‘ve had to speak with the manager Robert, he’s always been professional and helped solved my concerns. This place has a great service and team. Definitely will be going back to this car wash. They’ve got a loyal customer in me.a year agoNot very impressed with their works package. I signed up for a membership, two washes within 1 week and they still can’t get the bugs off the front of my truck. For $40/month I expect better work than my kids can do at home.a year agoThe black towels make this car wash 5-Stars for me! The back of my minivan was always left dirty after the car wash. These black microfiber towels let me wipe down the back of my van to finish the cleaning. GO has complimentary vacuums. I also can wipe my interior windows with the black towels.2 years agoI got the mid range wash and less than impressed. A few days ago I got my car done and it was fine but when it came to my truck this is what was the finished product. Their vacuum’s are great but the wash is a little lacking.

3 weeks agoAuto wash does a good job. Have the membership, and that makes it really easy. Just pull up and go. One lane, the reader for the membership, hasn’t worked the last few times, so I had to go to a different lane.5 months agoEverything was fine until I was overcharged using a wash bay! How $3 goes to $10 to now $18! Buyer beware and DON’T use a credit or debit card to pay because it appears they can then charge whatever they want! Changing my charges 3 times from $3 to $10 to now $18! So irritating and frustrating I could of gotten a full service car wash for that at a better car wash and done none of the actual work myself! Total rip off and certainly didn’t even get to go through all washing options and clean the scrub brush with the hose before you put it on your car because my car has scratches now because the brush was full of grit sand or something that I didn’t see because of the soap coming out didn’t even notice until it was too late! So upset with the entire situation!
So update went back on 3/1/23 Thinking I could speak to someone wasn’t able and this time it was $15 to wash outside through all cycles & tire soak soap cycle was out and I still think $3 -$15 is a crazy price it took me 14 minutes to wash outside only! I was honestly kicking myself after! I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and noticed all the city police vehicles were washed here. They use the drive through wash though. I’m pretty sure at this point I’ll not kick myself again or try to give the benefit of the doubt! I DEFINITELY WAS OVER CHARGED AND THE BAYS WHERE YOU WASH YOUR OWN VEHICLE ARE HORRIBLY MONITORED AND KEPT UP ON TOP OF CRAZY OVERCHARGED PRICE!! DON’T EVER PAY WITH CARD AT LEAST THAT WAY YOU CAN CONTROL HOW MUCH OF YOUR MONEY YOU WANT TO GIVE THEM!! Would love to actually speak to someone who owns runs or cares about this business!! IF POSSIBLE???!!!

Worked well and cost effective too.a month agoMembership is totally worth it if you go a couple times a month. Good touchless wash with strong vacuums and always clean and tidy.6 months agoAuto wash and detail place in Olathe. Good prices for an automated wash and open bays for larger vehicles to accommodate all vehicle types. Even on busy days the wait is minimal. Vacuum stations and optional air blow dry for all vehicles. Bays were clean and attendants were keeping up with the flow. Overall five stars.

I spent over $30 to have the inside of my car cleaned. I could have done better myself. They do a horrible job. They didn’t clean the rubber floor mats nor did they vacuumed well. I paid extra to have the cargo area cleaned and I’m really not sure what they even did. I will never go back.
Your typical automated car wash. Similar price to others. Provides a decent wash. The workers usually do a pretty good job with prewashing. Better value now that they have vacuums like similar places. My only complaint is that they don’t provide towels to dry like their competitor across the street. If they do, I have not seen them.
I have a top membership to another car wash but they do not do interior cleaning. So decided to head across town to this one. Even made sure to atm 40 bucks to tip well if they did a good job. After the wash they asked me to wait a couple minutes so i could pull my truck up for them as they were a bit short staffed. Couple min?, sure no problem. After 20 or so min of sitting there waiting i watched all the vehicles ahead get moved out except the one directly in front of mine. Instead of moving that one up and letting me drop off my car and head out, while they finished up the other vehicles and worked on mine, they kept me waiting. I finally pulled out and went to get refunded and left. Thing is if you’ve been there you know it could take a while. I planned accordingly and planned to take my dog for a walk while they did their thing. It will likely be my last time here. Im not rich but I pay and tip well for services. So I do have the expectation that I not have to be tied up with them for 1/2 hour, especially for something as simple basic organization.
One of the best car washes I’ve had in a long time in the area. Definitely worth the price. Also, the unlimited high powered professional vacuum is awesome. There’s even a small air hose to blow out the small crevices. Bonus summer deal.
I have a buddy who went through this car wash, while going through, they damaged his valve stem/tpms sensor. When he submitted a claim, they denied response ability for the damage. I would steer clear of this place if you value the current condition of your vehicle.
