Sam’s move everyone fast and efficiently.a month agoSAM’S Car Wash have been there for years still giving great service. Fo some it’s the place to be in the summer . People connecting over thier cars or just a simple hello . I have been bringing my vehicles here for years. Now I go st least 3 times a week . They have a great deal. Unlimited washes for a great price of course. It’s just really nice to see a business still going that hold so many memories. May you all stay in business for many more.3 months agoNgl this is one of the best car washes around. It’s at least clean and maintained which means their brushes likely have less dirt than other car washes in the area. Staff are very friendly and they lightly wipe off the excess water from your car after the blower.
Car was washed clean, I’d say its about what you’d expect from an automatic car wash but a little better.
Also the vacuuming is free which is incredible. I really hope people take good care of i.
They also have a subscription which is actually a really good deal. Gonna be getting it for myself soon.
3 months agoMy next door neighbor recommended Sam’s Car Wash just across the D.C.-Maryland border and I’m so glad he did. It’s very efficient. I pulled up on a Thursday morning with no line. Paid for the $15 super wash and drove my car into the car wash. The entire experience took around five minutes. The best part is that there are vacuums customers can use for FREE!a week agoI got the exterior clean and I still had surface stains on my seats that I simply rubbed out with a baby wipe. Do better

To whom it may concern: when you charge $40 for a service, costumers expect a service. When you say your service includes vacuum, costumers expect that.
Very disappointed! Not coming back here.3 months agoIf I could give zero stars I would. This has to be by worse the worse car wash experience ever. $35 down the drain! I should of listened to the reviews. I got the ultimate wash but let me tell you there was nothing unlimited about it. I didn’t even get the tire shine on my tires and when I brought it up the guy he looked at me like I was crazy. My car looks the same! All they did was a 5 second wipe. My seats still have crumbs as if they didn’t even vacuum. The outside? Still dirty. Save yourself some money & don’t come here. I had to grab some wipes and clean it myself. Terrible.a week agoI had a LOT of ants in my car and couldn’t get rid of them. I came to this car wash yesterday, told them the issue and they told me that I needed an Express Interior wash and it would take 45 minutes. When they gave me the car back, it was very clean but there were still ants coming from the A/C vent. When I pointed this out, the manager came to discuss it with me, and they took the car back and spent another 45 minutes scrubbing everything to make sure there’s nothing to tempt the ants to come back. By the time I drove my car this morning the ants were completely gone and my car looks great. I really appreciate how much effort they put into cleaning my car and how courteous they were about the whole experience.2 months agoThis car wash has been around for a long time! Sylvia, one of the managers, is so friendly and always treats me well! The staff does a great job vacuuming, drying the cars, and cleaning the inside. I’ve been going here for years and even with the raised prices, I think it’s still reasonable for a good car wash! I’ll keep coming back!2 months agoThey raised their prices from $28 to $36 for an interior and exterior wash. I guess the greedy private equity ownership is catching up to it. A 28.5% increase is pretty ridiculous. I wonder if their staff got an equivalent raise.

I like Yates Car wash, its a well run establishment. They do pretty good work here. I do private detailing and have a different understanding of the car wash process. This basically is a wash, wipe & shine place. I never expect premium work because it takes time. Now my only issue is that when they wipe your car dry they don’t use fresh microfiber cloths so windows & dark paint will smear. I have my best work done here on slow days.
I have been coming to Yates car wash for many years, and they always do a great job in my car.
The people who work here at very dedicated, hardworking people. They pay attention to deatails. From the person vacuuming your car until the friendly cashiers , they are excellent and what they do. The price is very fair compared to other car washes in the area.
There is plenty of space for you to chill while waiting for your car.
I strongly recommend this place.
This is now my second time at Yates as I wanted to give them a second chance. Beyond disappointment yet again. I expressed that I wanted to get the dog hair and sand out of the vehicle as I just got back from a trip and they recommended the 38 dollar wash. The first time I paid more for an upgraded interior but they ensured me the 38 dollar wash would be sufficient. The car was returned in almost the same condition. The worst part was it took 45 minutes after the car was washed. You can clearly still see sand on the top of the seats.
I recently moved to the area and this is the only car wash near me that does a full deep clean, both inside and outside! They do a phenomenal job except the past couple times I’ve gone here, they haven’t vacuumed my carpets very well. There’s still some debris left over from before. I lifted up my drivers side carpet and it hasn’t been touched. I hope this car wash can fix that. Overall, I’m pleased.
I took my Lexus RX 350 to Yates car wash for a hand wash and wax, and I was very impressed by their service. They were friendly, professional, and thorough. They made my car look shiny and new, and they even cleaned the interior and windows. The wax gave my car a protective layer and a glossy finish. I would highly recommend Yates car wash and detail center to anyone who wants to pamper their car and keep it in great condition. They are the best in town!
