2 months agoI’ve been to a lot automatic car washes and this is one I make the drive for! The attendants were are nice and professional. They take time to thoroughly pre-wash your car and tires. They put enough soap on your car for a sparkly clean finish! That’s what I like the most!5 months agoLove the self-service. The soap from brush comes out in perfect amount and does the job unlike other carwashes thatsome pink soap barely comes out and very slowly! This self-service has all the tool you need. Gonna go back again even though its a little farther from my house.8 months agoI’ve been to this car wash twice now and have had great experiences both times. I plan to keep coming back at frequent intervals. Their staff is so friendly and helpful. They take extra time after the car wash to dry your car and make sure all your windows are nice and clean. My car tires have never looked cleaner and stayed clean despite the weather and roads! I’ve had their basic level and premium level car washes and was happy both times. I’m thankful I found a local car wash that I like!4 months agoOk wash bays if you need a quick rinse. The wax in the bays has been almost always out or completely out the past three times I’ve gone. The first time i called and spoke to someone to let them know i was greeted by someone who seemed very annoyed and trying to brush me off, to top it off with unnecessary remarks. While drying off my vehicle I was a bit bothered by the amount of dirt that was still on my truck. The wheels and tires were not cleaned nor shined as included in my subscription.
I brought my concern to the manager who had us go through again. My wheels and tires were still dirty. The first photo is after second wash and the other is after the first. Then one of the employees didn’t want to dry my vehicle the second time.
I would not recommend this location, nor do I intend to return. The stars that were given are for the attempt to address my concern
I bought the monthly car package for my new truck. They do a pretty good job, but today the young lady in the prewash area could have been less interested in doing a good job. She basically leaned against the wall instead of moving around then and trying to get it cleaned. I can definitely say that if this type behavior does not encourage me to continue to purchase the monthly program.
Used to be a member at the super car wash, but I guess now they dont take cash. Love that I got the car all vacuumed out and then waited in like for 15 minutes to find out they don’t take cash. Last time we went through, they had the no cash signs up, but still took cash. Love it when a business doesn’t want my money 🤷🏼♀️ good thing there’s a car wash at 12 and groesbeck!
Their carwash system washed my car very well, including the tires. Staff were efficient in directing the car into the wash bay, and the towel dryers also did a good job.
I do recommend this spot to clean all dirt & grime “spots” off your car!
The staff has really changed over the years, now the girl in the beginning is too busy on her phone to watch my wheel and actually rinse my car, the person at the kiosk doesn’t even speak, (very rude). Today the hand towel dry was ok but usually there is only one guy who actually cares and does it correctly everyone else barely dries. I’m totally ready to cancel my membership and go elsewhere or do it myself.
