The hotel rooms we very nice and clean. Hotel staff provided excellent customer service. The only down side was the smell of marijuana in the hall and the trash that was littered in the halls and elevator for our entire stay. There was no continental breakfast and the restaurant only open from 6:30AM- 9:30 AM.
We had a nice (short) stay. The front desk associate was super friendly, helpful, and provided us with any information we needed. The rooms were clean. Our only down was the coffee supply in our room but that wasn’t really a big issue either. We would definitely stay here again!
Hotel was very disgusting it was trash under my refrigerator and my air conditioner. I asked the front desk receptionist to have housekeeping come clean it, he said yes but no housekeepers ever came to clean it. I booked a king suite and the next morning when I tried to go get breakfast they said it wasn’t apart of my stay so I had to pay to eat breakfast, which is very unusual because I thought free breakfast came with your stay just like every other hotel does, so that was very weird. Their pool also closes at 9 so me and my spouse couldn’t even go for a late night swim even though we paid damn near $200 to stay in a king suite for one night. Last but not LEAST, the receptionists were so rude and didn’t care to accommodate me and my spouse requests. I usually love coming to hotels but because of my experience here I won’t be staying at another hotel for a while. So no swimming, no breakfast and my room was horrible. I truly regret staying here and if I could give this place negative stars I would. I literally would rather stay in a Red Roof Inn than stay at this horrible hotel. Please PICK ANOTHER HOTEL I BEG OF YOU.
No coffee all day like most Holiday Inn Express. Low supplies in some toiletrie dispensers…like body wash… MUST PAY FOR BREAKFAST! Pay a little more for another IHG that serves free breakfast is worth it! Good price for room. Great location…away from the street.
Pros: The staff was friendly and nice. If I asked for anything that was within their power I was accommodated and they were very knowledgeable about the area and what to do for activities and food.
Cons: Severely understaffed, sheets were clean but very stained and not completely white, not many towels were provided, not a lot of toiletries either, water pressure was awful, was not made aware that Sunday has different pool hours than the rest of the week, fitness room was not open or available to guests, also the restaurant was not open at all during the weekend except for breakfast which was a real inconvenience because this hotel advertises this restaurant and room service which we did not receive. The breakfast menu was extremely limited, very small portions, and there was 1 cook and waitress to however many people who ordered to go or to dine in so service was extremely slow. May have had a better time checking in during the week when all of amenities should be fully available.
