in the last weekStopped in to check out the weekly ad and to pickup a few things. The store wasn’t overly crowded but there were shoppers bustling around picking up on some of the Kroger features of the week.I shop to get the Fetch points, LOL..I know lame, but every bit helps. Plus I am able to use the receipts on other apps.
Didn’t pickup a whole lot but $94 dollars later I had 10 bags. The shelves were full and there were plenty of employees should one need to ask any questions. The store was clean except for the sink in the bottle return as there was sever mold around the caulk on the sink to wash your hands after doing bottle returns.
All the staff was very polite, professional and helpful. CJ, Amber, and the other two employees (who unfortunately, I had their names while I was there but at the time of this writing I couldn’t remember all but the two mentioned…sorry to the other employees)
Highly recommend coming here. Prices are comparable to Meijers, Value Fresh, Oakridge, Shopper’s Market and Cattlemens, that are here in the area.
Plenty of parking, handicap parking, baskets, handicap motorized wheelchairs, acceot cash, credit cards, debit cards, WIC/EBT.
Check on hours as I believe they open at 6:30am and closes at 10pm.
3 months agoRip off and your customer service is absolutely horrible. I have shopped here for 36 years. I will not enter this store again or spend $1 at this location. Customer service at 805 p.m. on May 31st 2023 needs some additional training. A digital coupon is a digital coupon and should be honored for five items not one. I’m done with this location and the company for that matter and will tell everybody and anybody who will listen that Kroger is a lying false advertising scamming company. You could have credited my $5 and I would have been happy. Now you have lost a 36 year customer. Shame on this company, store, and management for allowing this to happen and not making it right. “You can come return your items tomorrow morning and repurchase them,” I was told. Why is that necessary? Take care of the customer when the customer is there. Don’t tell them to come back… People have jobs. I do mine 500% everyday…. Where’s your work ethic customer service? Maybe it’ll be there tomorrow…2 months agoSlow, ghetto, and poorly managed… Lines to the back of the store. I was forced out of a shorter line and into a longer one just because they wanted to close a register down…asked a manager why he couldn’t open one and run it and Anthony tells me he isn’t allowed to cause of labor laws. What kind of manager can’t run a register? Terrible service, and will never come back. I will be reporting to corporate2 months agoEvery time I come here I get terrible service especially at the service counter. I asked her why self check out was closed and she said it’s no one to run it. I ask why she can’t help them out she said its not her job. It’s only two lanes and she refused to help her staff what a waste of an employee no teamwork here. This lady is back her laughing and talking while it’s still only two registers open. This is the third time the line is in the back of the store. Won’t ever be back ever !4 months agoI’ve called the Kroger on Hoover in Warren Michigan by 10mile, 3 times to place a balloon order that i need available for tomorrow at 5pm. Saturday the phone for floral department just rang; no answer. Yesterday at 3:43pm a lady said no one was there for floral and to call back b4 3pm. I asked can they just take the message and give it to the team or management && that didn’t happen. Today 4/26/23 I called at 11:37am and was told no one would be in tomorrow so I’ll have to come in the store and wait for produce to help me. It wont be taken in advance because produce doesn’t check orders. The food is good to buy but it sucks trying to get balloons.

2 months agoIf anybody is looking for the Secretary of State kiosk to renew their licence or car registration and get the tab without any hassle, it is right next to the entrance door near the flower section.2 months agoAbsolutely worst self checkout experience of my life. Falsely accused me of stealing every time I scanned an item. I wasn’t doing anything suspicious like putting items back in my cart or anything. Took one item out of the cart at a time and placed it in a bag and it called over a busy worker to check everything. Never coming here again.5 years agoDO NOT GO TO THE HOT FOODS COUNTER, THE WAIT STAFF THERE IS RUDE AND THE DINNERS THEY PREPARE FOR CUSTOMERS TO PURCHASE ARE SLOPPY. WET JUICE RUN OVER ONTO YOUR FRIED FOODS AND THE DISH ENDS UP LOOKING DISGUSTING.4 months agoI rarely visit this location and this is the reason why. The produce is NOT very good. Fresh fruit is not so fresh. My husband grabbed a dozen of eggs and all was cracked 😳, not only one but 2. We ordered a 16 piece of chicken, it was fresh and looked good but the taste was awful 🤢, it tasted like grease/oil an oily taste yuck😖! Customer service is good but the quality in products are very poor. I called the and spoke with management we had an excellent conversation and he assured me that the problem would be corrected and offered to correct the problem 🥰 thanks 🥰.3 years agoThis store has the best selection of veggies I’ve ever seen. They didn’t have the biggest selection of items depending on what I was looking for. Their makeup selection is not good anymore they have like no palettes or anything.

This kroger is lovely and usually well stocked. The problem is that they rarely have more than one checkout lane open regardless of how busy it is. I went though the self-check because there was one cashier, and it cut me off as buying too many items despite not having a labeled maximum. NOT WORTH WAITING 30+ minutes to save a couple of bucks.
Fresh MOLDY chocolate covered strawberries on “SALE”. No refrigeration, no ice bath, just placed out on a wooden shelf for customers to purchase & consume. Happy Mother’s Day.
My favorite place to get groceries. Love all of the healthy choices, especially from Kroger’s Simple Truth brand. Had an issue with my bank while checking out and the self-checkout attendant put my cart of groceries in refrigeration while I ran to the bank to sort it out. They really care about their customers.
I always spend too much time, and too much money here.. I guess thats a good thing.. I wish Kroger was a little closer, but I’m really starting to see that’s it’s worth the extra 5 minutes of driving.
the produce is amazing… there are too many things to mention that you just won’t even see at the grocery store closest to me… much less FRESH!
This Kroger is a newer store. We do most of our grocery shopping here without issue. I love the sushi that is made fresh daily. Try it for lunch!
