a week agoI shopped at Costco today. New layout of 🌺 display and many New items in store now. Also, I learned that members can No Longer share their 2nd card with other friends or family that don’t have the same address as Members!
2 months agoThis warehouse has everything!! I love coming to this location as it is not overcrowde. Staff is always willing to help find whatever you need. I absolutely love getting my plants here…a week agoTruly disappointed in Costco today. 1. We were told that all we needed to do was add a person to our membership. But that was a lie. 2. The dude that was updating our membership card was a total jerk. I guess he thought he was being funny but he was an inconsiderate jerk. 3. So now there’s only one line for 8 registers 4. because Costco obviously discovered that people are letting their family members use their card. So they check at the door and at the register. 5. Then I guess someone has been stealing because they have people that scan your stuff for you at the self checkout. 6. This was my worst Costco experience ever.in the last weekThey’re very good liars for not letting people know about how exactly their recycling works. I just came to try to pick up some empty watermelon boxes at least 2 to complete my large art project. The first time I asked they said come back around 7:30 p.m and they’ll have it available. I came back and they told me they don’t have any at all to come by at 10 am. Today I just came at 10 am, they weren’t pulling any boxes out of the store, noticed the truck unloading so I’ve waited for quite a long time for the trucks to leave I’m still currently waiting for them to at least do what they usually say they would do: put all of the boxes out to throw it in the dumpster but NO. They’re still not popping up and so I called the store to see if they’re going to do so and the other person told me they don’t have any available and that they put it through bailers now which is retarded. They’ve should’ve told me that in the first place rather than have me wait here in the damn concrete. Poor management from this specific store if you need boxes try another location or get them online people.4 weeks agoI usually shop at Sam’s. I have mixed feelings about Costco. I think I have to make a return visit at another time of the day. Maybe early in the morning? It felt so chaotic. Not enough parking. I do miss “scan and go”. They do have different merchandise. I will update when I visit again.

3 weeks agoAlways have a negative experience with whoever is in charge of the self check out. Their service is a bit outdated compared to Sam’s Club. At least with Sam’s, you can do an actual self check out with a pricing gun that you can use. And you can even do the scan n go, which is great!Recently at Costco, they started checking the card pictures to make sure they match whoever is using it. Not a big fan of this because if it doesn’t make sense if my family comes to town and they want to shop at Costco. I can’t just give them my card to use. They don’t have a Costco in their area. And I just paid $120 for the Costco membership. Like it shouldn’t matter who uses the card.
Also, they pick and choose when to enforce their policies. I remember arguing with one of the cashiers because we did separate transactions at self check out. And she said they would cancel my card because we used two different debit cards. That’s crazy! We paid, didn’t we??? Like I don’t understand why it matters what card we use!
I just went to their location today and the lady said they have been checking the cards for the past 6 months, which is a lie because I’ve been coming to this location more than a couple of times the past couple of weeks. And not one cashier checked the picture on my card. So again, not sure why they choose to pick and choose when to follow their own rules. Maybe it’s just a new manager? Who knows!
Just a frustrating experience with the service of this location. Only positive is their return policy and $1.50 hot dogs.
a week agoThe people who wait at the exit door draw pictures on the receipt for my daughter, now she always asks to go to Costco.in the last weekThis card sharing thing is out of control. You’re telling me I can’t use my wife’s card even if we’re on the same plan? I understand third party family members or friends not being able to use it but immediate family ? Ridiculous. Now I gotta buy my baby’s diapers somewhere else. Not mention the cashiers were VERY rude about it. Costco needs to rethink this policy before they start losing members.2 weeks agoThey were great, I had to return 3 items and one was pj’s that I had washed and worn. It was all polyester and I don’t like 100% polyester. Anyway, no problems getting my money back.2 months agoSame blueprint as all the others: customer services was basic.

Costco never fails to impress with its massive warehouse stores full of good deals on quality products. Whether you’re shopping for groceries, electronics, home goods, or just about anything else, Costco has you covered at reasonable prices. Here are the top things I love about shopping at Costco:
The prices – Costco’s members-only pricing model allows them to offer some of the lowest prices around on everything from milk and eggs to TVs and appliances. Their famous Kirkland Signature brand offers exceptional value for the money on a wide range of products.
The selection – Costco has a massive selection of products across all categories. From fresh meat and seafood to household essentials to electronics and clothing, you’ll find just about anything you need under one roof.
The quality – Costco is known for stocking name brand and premium products alongside their Kirkland Signature lineup. You can trust that what you buy will be of good quality and backed by Costco’s generous return policy.
The food court – The Costco food court is legendary, offering hot dogs, pizza, churros, ice cream, and more for prices that can’t be beat. It’s the perfect place to grab a cheap but tasty meal after your shopping trip.
The employees – Costco employees are known for being friendly, although i did run into 2 employees who had a horrible attitude.
In summary, if you’re looking for a hassle-free shopping experience with great prices on quality products and a wide selection, Costco wholesale is hard to beat.
Doesn’t matter what time you go to Costco. It is always busy. Food court is still one of the best
Staff here was really kind and helpful today. Rushed over after work and didn’t realize I showed up right before closing. They let me in to shop, gave me instructions on how to shop to stay out of closing crews way and encouraged me to hurry. I did and got out in time. Staff even helped me to get an item that was in a closed off section, even though they totally didn’t have to and I would’ve understood of they said no. Next time I’ll be way more careful about showing up so close to closing time but I admire them for being so patient and helpful when they could have turned me away.
The store was clean and the staff were very friendly. We stopped here for some quick food before heading to our hotel for the night. Ended up getting a few more snacks for our road trip. Everyone was nice, the food we got was great (hot dogs, pizza, and a deli flatbread sandwich).
I really enjoy shopping here, but today was a little different. Some shopper appeared to be following us through the store. When asked why he was suspiciously following us… he reacted with a questionable response. The shopping experience slightly changed after that and just wanted to leave faster then normal. Other then that it went well. Hindside we should of notified staff, but we just wanted the situation to pass. The staff we did interact with were kind and efficient!!
