a week agoCostco is always renovating and making improvements. Currently, school supplies and Halloween costumes are on display! They have good prices on a lot of different types of products. Weekends are busy, but staffed accordingly.9 months agoThis is a better Costco, simply because of being less crowded. Getting in and out of the parking lot is a bloody nightmare, and I’ll NEVER willingly go to self-check-out, so quit trying to force it on us. The selection at this store isn’t a wide as Moreno Valley, and Moreno Valley has a (slightly) better parking situation, but I’ll go here for the smaller crowds.6 months agoLove this Costco, but make sure you look for coupons before buying or comparing prices. The majority of the items already have a good deal, but with coupons, even better deal. Costco will do price matches within 30 days of price adjustment. So you are protected, or just return with your original receipt if it passes the 30-day period.a month agoThe only thing I didn’t like about shopping here was the cashier never placed my items in a box , she scanned each item then placed them back in the boogie for me to carry from the store.If you are new here make sure you ask for your things to be placed in something to carry home . Other than that they have everything you need , want and even more. First time shopping here , Sams Club is one of my favorite places to shop and Walmart, there I never had a customer service representative place my things in a buggy without bagging them to make sure my things are safe damaging on the way home.
a month agoWe love the staff here and the crowd here at this Costco. We haven’t utilized our membership to the full extent as the services for auto repairs and tires go. I have to Look for specific deals on tires and household items, in future.

a month agoNewer Costco right across from Amazon fulfillment warehouse, parking is quite easy even on the weekends. The staff is always friendly and courteous. There are optometrist, optical, hearing aids, pharmacy, food court and tire center. The pharmacy does provide COVID-19 vaccines, registration is online and select a time slot available. The staff at the bakery are also helpful and just picked up a custom order cake, easy tasty and very affordable.a week agoI do not recommend to shop at this store. They have horrible customer service. They do not know how to speak to people and need training on their customer skills. I bought ribs from this store and when I got home and opened package ribs they were slimy and smelt foul. I sent my son back a couple hours and me do me a favor and he spoke to a woman who said she couldn’t do return and I had to go back and do it myself. I went today and was told by Crystal that they needed to review information and when done shopping they would let me know the outcome. Nothing was figured out and I just got a phone call from a rude refund manager named Donnie. Donnie was calling with no details of situation. He called my son a liar and told me it’s illegal for my son to take in my card. This call was very inappropriate and unprofessional. I will not be going to this store again or buying rotten meat. My health and safety of food consumption was at hand and this store should be more considerate of the people shopping and proper customer service. My Costco card is getting cut in half and canceling membership!!4 months agoNice store! Great deals! Good finds at Costco. Look for * deals. You go in for one thing and come out spending $$$. The rotisserie chickens are an amazing deal. I love that they sale a 6 pack of huge cupcakes. They are a great value for a small, intimate birthday. It is very worth it to check the whole store for deals.a month agoGreat warehouse in a brand new building5 months agoI was purchasing 6 CQ10 at that Costco and after I finished self checkout one of the staff was yelled at me saying the product I bought is limit 5 and this is the last time I can do this kind of thing and they will charge my account if I do that again. I even offered to return one but she refused and keep talking and talking. So I go back and check if this is a limit 5 product and found out that it says limit 15 on the tag. Very unprofessional and basically not trained at all.

Well I have to say this is a very packed Costco for a Saturday afternoon I mean even down in San Diego they’re not like this this must be the hop in place what I like is that people are flowing in and out and there doesn’t seem to be a concern in the world nobody’s arguing or fighting or honking at people seems very mellow and that’s a good thing
The food court setup they have is ridiculous. They only have Kiosks to pay, which you think would be a lot quicker; however it is not! I waited 45 minutes in line for a slice of pizza. What a joke this food court is! Worst Costco food court I have ever dealt with. I will never return here!!!

I love costco but I always avoid this one.
They gave me a hot dog with mold on the bread. When I took it back they didn’t even apologize All they said was” This one’s good”
I don’t even blame the employees I blame the Managers. If they wouls higher enough Employees they would not have quality issues.
The Walmart of Costco’s.
Worst service ever! Waited over an hour to get assistance with purchasing a sectional. 4 big bulky boxes that nobody offered to assist in loading onto a flat cart even after asking multiple times. When the pallet with the boxes was brought down from a high shelf, 3 employees walked away and said there’s the pallet! All 4 boxes clearly marked as 2-person lift, yet nobody helped me load it on the cart! Employees were useless. Had to load myself! No apology nor assistance from the manager Lorna either!!!! Berenice was useless. Ignored me numerous times after constantly asking her to get me assistance. Shame on you costco! Need to work on your customer service! 0 stars!
They are very busy here, but very well stocked and equipped for the amount of people. The gas station can get quite crammed, so plan ahead and try to come at a time when others won’t.
Their parking lot is at an angle and because of the amount of people that go through, there are generally a lot of carts out there. Let’s just say, I wouldn’t park your Ferrari there!
Other than that, customer service is above average, especially for the area, and the store is well kept.
