I was there for restaurant week lunch. The service was incredible. The shrimp toast had a weird flavor to it for me. Think it was the dill. Steak frites were great. The steak was cooked to perfection and the fries were good. The only thing to note was the quality of the steak which wasn’t the best but for $25 I couldn’t complain.

We really enjoyed this restaurant. It’s right by Millenial Park and has a chef driven menu plus good cocktails. We had steak and pasta. All of it was good! The Brussels Sprouts Au Gratin and fried pickles were good appetizers.

Atmosphere: 5/5 – No complaints. Service: 3/5 – Server was very hard to get ahold of and quite slow. Food: 3/5 – Dinner is better, brunch was alright. The Braised Duck Poutine is very filling and heavy. It was good, but I’d avoid it if you don’t want to fill up on one thing. The Brussels Sprout Tartine was very good. I personally enjoyed it a lot and would order it again. The Pork Belly Eggs Benedict was a bit salty and didn’t pair very well with the concept of eggs benedict. The hash browns served with it could’ve been more crispy but felt sort of like a crab cake, texturally speaking. Finally, their “Hong Kong” style French Toast was huge. I was only able to take one bite and couldn’t have any more of it. If you plan to order that, I wouldn’t recommend ordering anything else.

It was amazing! Preferably to book before hand. So this place is famous for its Scottish egg, that was my first time trying it and it was just amazing experience. We also tried fried pickles 🥒 also amazing, and the steak frites (not my favorite, although it had charcoal taste which I love but wasn’t tender enough for me). The Brussels and mushroom sandwich were very good. We had flourless cake for desert and it was yummy, softer than usual flourless cakes.

We walked in off the street while on a one-day trip to Chicago to celebrate our Anniversary. Had no idea we were going to be treated to such a great meal, service, and atmosphere. Friendly staff that know how to read a table. The staff exuded pride in the establishment and their work.

The building is stunning and the decor is rich and warm. The heated patio was perfect for brunch. Location is absolutely prime!

I ordered medium-rare steak with my brunch which did come out a bit too medium for my preference. I do not mention this as a complaint… more of a tip for you rare steak lovers out there! It remained tender and juicy and I enjoyed it despite the temperature.

We recommend the Duck Poutine. 👌 👍 Fantastic coffee.

Very nice place definitely family friendly and in a decent neighborhood. We where staying around the corner and thought we would give them a try. The prices are average compared to the restaurants in the area. However the service was great. We had the crab fondue for an appetizer and I would say it was decent but not amazing. It had a sour lemon taste. The taco platter comes with 5 for shells and you build your own tacos. My son said the chicken was the best part and the pork was just ok. I originally had the Cajun pasta but ended up asking for something else as the shrt and chicken where pretty tough. However that’s where the service shined. The manager came over and let us know they would be getting out a new meal rightv away. I felt like he genuinely cared that I didn’t like it and wanted to make it right. I went with the same dish my wife had which was the pork chop smothered with a maple glaze and mashed potatoes. Let me tell you that was the best pork chop I’ve ever had. Cooked perfect and the maple glass was fire!!! There is definitely some hit and miss items and everyone’s flavor is different but the service and atmosphere make this a great stop for all ages.

Took a minute to talk in and be seated. Our waiter was nice, polite, and checked on us frequently with refills and asking if we were ok.

The bang bang shrimp is BANGING and was spicier than I thought but we finished it.

My husband and mother in-law ordered the top sirloin steak with the chimchurri sauce. The steak was tender, juicy, and flavorful.

I ordered the fish tacos with the side of chips and salsa and it was very good and could only eat about 2 tacos. Very filling and worth the price.

Definitely recommend the bang bang shrimp and fish tacos!

A must visit as a traveler or even a local. They offer a decent selection of beers and cocktails. Food was sumptuously gorgeous. Ample seating spaces with booths and high chairs. Busy place with good service. I do wish that they carried emergency phone chargers or a charging station.
