a month agoGreat place for reasonable prices with good quality but please check your bill before leaving. They charge for the same items multiple times. Love coming to this store but last time we had to run out of there. The entire place stinks, it smelled like hot garbage.3 months agoGood deals to be found here. We were able to get a shopping cart easily. Staff were able to answer questions efficiently and were kind.As most Aldi stores are operated, the staff are working the register and restocking shelves in between. They seemed to have at least hang a dozen workers getting the store ready for the next day. Checkout was quick, the site wasn’t too crowded.
I’m sure it I came in the morning more items whittle have been replenished. Since it was the end of the week most sale items listed in the weekly circular were low or out of stock.
I like the fact that you can get staples as well as new, interesting finds at the same time.
2 weeks agoI went to visit my favorite groceries store but unfortunately i have a bad experience today with the first cashier(around 4:50 pm) i told her hello and no reply she had a face like i owed her something ,i had the shopping car for few minutes then she said loud i need my car which i response do you want another (the ones outside the store) thats parked and she say no very rude then i replied well then they have to wait meaning i have alot of stuff and i wasn’t able to give it to her right away i overheard when she said i was rude and the next time she make wait for the car ,i think is very unprofessional and unnecessary , she should have good manners and if she don’t like her job why is she working there. well next time i make sure to go with another cashier this never happened to me but there’s always one,a year agoBecause I moved, I haven’t been to Aldi in over a year and man, I missed it! Some GREAT scores for me as I work on trimming down and still fantastic prices even in in the face of this insane inflation. Definitely gonna try to start making a trip here once a month to stock up!10 months agoI wish I can give 0 stars DAILY DAILY DAILY employee at the register are SOOOOOOOO RUDE!!!!!! in the last weekGood prices. Lots of cashiers who keep the lines organized and get you checked out pretty quickly. Go early to avoid the crowds and don’t go on Saturday. Be sure to bring your own bag. Cons, it can get pretty crowded so you have to be an aggressive shopper.a week agoStaff are polite and helpful. Cashiers work hard to get the long lines moving. The food is fresh and they offer healthy selections. Prices are relatively economical.2 weeks agoGood quality products. Good customer service. The only issue I have is they need to have an express checkout register (even though I can say that the cashiers are quick and courteous to the patrons). The checkout lines are long.in the last weekI love Aldi’s honestly for the prices BUT the inventory goes out quick if you don’t get there fast enough (especially certain locations). The lines can be chaotic as well as the produce and other products just thrown around.a week agoCompared to other Aldis. They were our of non fat greek yogurt. No diet coke or summit diet cola. The worst is customer service. The cashier was rude and embarrassed me. He accused me of taking his cart. The lines were too long, not enough registers open. This Aldi very terrible. I reccomend the aldi spring lake, nj. Or I would do instacart. Products of Aldi are amazing!! This store would never go to ever again!!!! Unless they had a polite staff and kept up with restocking.

You can definitely get Your Money’s worth here. Quality, Freshness and Great Value. My Only Concern is Inconsistency. What You Loved so much the first time might not be there the Next or the Next. Just gotta be lucky and early for the Big Ticket items…Rib Roasts or Rack of Lambs. Which are Phenomenal BTW. The Kirkwood Chicken Wingettes are the Best I’ve ever had by far. Fresh, Tasty, not Mini Wingettes like some brands and the Portions aren’t mangled. In pic Bag still half full after removing about 8 wings. FRESH Fruits and Vegetables Guaranteed. I’ve gone in Spent $66 and came out with Steak, Shrimp Cocktail, 1 1/2 Lb. Applewood Thick Sliced Bacon🔥, a Bag of Wingettes, and a Pork Loin amongst other things….

First time here, maybe my mistake was coming on a Sunday afternoon. There were no carts, so we had to test out a bunch of Costco carts to find one that wasn’t locked. As soon as I walked in, I instantly knew I was not going to enjoy the experience. The store was crowded, the shelves were empty or trashed with empty boxes, there are no signs at the beginning/end of the aisle to let you know what is in each one. They have a really small selection. I don’t think they have the best prices that make the store a must go. I don’t blame the employees for the conditions of the store because it seemed there weren’t enough of them to keep up with the crowd. Management should really focus on having more employees to deal with the rush. Won’t be returning
The security/door greeter of this location( 61-11 Junction Blvd, Queens, NY 11374.) made threats against my life & made vicious attempts to intimidate me.
As I was exiting the store, the security man asked for the receipt & upon producing the receipt- he purposefully ripped the receipt out of my hand to prove a point then threw it back at me.
Before I had time to process & understand what had just happened, the man entered my personal space & got in my face with his in a menacing manner.
I did not back down & stood my ground. Seeing his intimidating tactics did not work, he proceeded to say the words “you don’t want me to knock you out in front of your girl”.
Having my life threatened, I took out my phone & took photos of this man’s face.
I have attached photos of this man’s face- he is about 5’10, African American with medium build, bald, wearing a grey shirt with black pants at the time of the incident.
As soon as I started taking photos, his whole demeanor changed from menacing to the expression shown in the photos as I expressed to him that I will be making reports to corporate.
This all took place between 1:32 pm to 1:40 pm. Please feel free to run the cctv back to validate what happened & I highly implore an internal investigation be done on this matter along with a criminal background check on this man.
This man is highly unprofessional, acts like a criminal & reflects poorly towards the Aldi brand.
I have also gone ahead & reached out to corporate to file a complaint on this thug.
Your guard asked to see my receipt when leaving the store this past Sunday, on 10/15. Interesting enough, I saw him walk by a few times while I was on the checkout. I am an avid Aldi shopper, even across the boroughs, and this was my first time experiencing this. Is this to be expected for ALL customers?
