  2. Very bad customer service. I ordered a phone via online. The next day I came back to pay in store, but my applepay was having a limit. I then came back and brought my debit card to settle my payment. Michelle just cancelled my order without my knowledge. I was in rush to catch my flight back to VIC. I then being served by El Yazid. So rude!!!! Super rude. I couldn’t write one by one what was happening. I’m just surprised and curious how could Apple hiring all these staffs. Expensive brand, but poor quality customer service. Please improve your management, learn how to respect ppl, and educate yourself to serve well to customer. Thanks.

  3. Apple Store with magnificent design, spacious and well organised. Products are categorised floors and easy to search what you want.
    Workshops are held regularly in a spacious area with big screen and visitors can join on the spot.
    Staffs are very attentive and helpful.

  4. This was not my first visit in this apple store in downtown Sydney. I knew in advance what to buy in here. As I entered the shop there where not too many other customers on a weekday morning. The staff member I talked to could help me promptly and I was quickly done with my purchase. I would choose this store again for future transactions.

  5. Such a beautiful and large showroom! Staffs are really helpful and polite! Opening hours are also convenient for us! Opened till 8 pm which was helpful during New year’s Eve.

    One of the most mentionable thing was our phone battery was dead and we didn’t even have power bank, we had to be in city till fireworks. In that situation, we went to the showroom and had gotten our phones charged which was such a relief as they were opened till 8.
