What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. I had come into the store three times this year because of the window display but staff are occupied amongst themselves, shopping, trying things at the mirror “I’d look better in a Vneck” as she reshelves the item, no greeting (every time I drop in) after I look around and made eye contact for service. Especially the older shorter female staff, twice she looks me up and down like I’m not good enough to buy Country Road? I walked over to Pitt Street instead.

  2. Went to the men’s section, was the only customer on that floor at the time. Three sales assistants and not once did I get asked if I need help or if I was looking for something in particular. I get leaving the customer to shop but not even a hello to the only customer on the floor while they chat amongst themselves says a lot of how they will make your experience there.

  3. Amy and Elena were very helpful and knew their product well. Went out of their way to assist me!

  4. At the children section this afternoon and have such a bad experience. This sale assistant was so rude and loud. Her attitude was not suitable to be employed as a sale assistant. Won’t be going in there in the future.

  5. A sales assistant showed rude and unwelcoming behaviour throughout our entire visit to the store. The pinnacle was her reprimanding us for not folding clothes we tried on. Quite a novelty to demand that customers do your job! From other reviews, it’s evident that this issue has been ongoing, and the company has taken no steps to address it. Sadly, Country Road’s approach to customer service is as outdated as their latest fashion trends. An easy fix for us: our family will be spending our money at other stores that actually value their customers.
