What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. Very good and efficient service. I’m a British expat on a working holiday visa and Shareev (I think that was his name) was extremely helpful at recommending and providing me with a SIM for whilst I’m here. Great service; network and customer alike xx

  2. I bought my google pixel 7 mobile from this place. They have very friendly staaff. But This place waiting time is little bit long. But overall they provided good service. I went to several shops but only this place was able to make one time payment. The staff of this shop also gave a good explanation about the product. Finally, this shop gave me good service and I recommend this place.

  3. Located conveniently at the heart of the CBD. The customer service representative who directly handled my concern was remarkably friendly and efficiently resolved the issue at hand. However, I encountered some dissatisfaction with the initial process. The individual who registered my name for the customer service queue was reluctant to provide an estimate for the waiting time, assuring me it wouldn’t be lengthy. Unfortunately, despite the reassurance, I ended up waiting for an hour before receiving assistance. Transparency and accuracy of wait time estimates would significantly enhance the overall customer experience.

  4. This store is a shame, the sellers make you pay twice for an item otherwise they won’t give it to you, and of course they refuse a refund but they offer you data. the manager laughed at me when I asked her to resolve the error made especially since they promised me a refund, 67 missed calls to stores and not a single call back. shame on this store which lies to you without scruples. advice, go to a more competent shop.

  5. First time in Australia from the UK trying to purchase a pre paid sim.

The person who greets you at the service desk is just the most uncommunicative person that in my opinion, has no customer.

Stay away if you need any help as the lady just doesn’t care and doesn’t mind sending customers away unhappy.

We wasn’t the first to complain while being here.
