Just visited cotton on and wanted to say that Hannah was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get what I was looking for. Greta job Hannah, I wish there were more people with your work ethic in retail 🙂
@ mang mang from what I witnessed her defensiveness was her reaction to your blatant disrespect towards her, I’m sure serving customers who’s outlandish expectations couldn’t be met by even the most experienced sale’s person is far from easy, Perhaps showing some understanding and compassion next time you are met with an assistant who was clearly already under pressure working alone rather than humiliating them both in store and online. Taking her photo (without her consent i might add) and posting it online says a lot more about you than it does her, if this is how you get your kicks in life you can definitely expect a great deal more disappointment unfortunately not everyone is equipped to deal with such encounters.
Your opinion could have been shared without the need for public humiliation, I do hope you never encounter what you put this young lady through in your workplace.
Everytime I go, I receive outstanding service from Chloe and I really appreciate the kindness shown towards me.. She goes the extra mile with a smile to make sure customers are taken care of.. I am legally blind and like to have second opinion from whoever is my support on the day to confirm my purchase before I buy.. Chloe has made me feel very comfortable leaving my items whilst I go and find my support person.. I am a regular customer because of this kindness shown towards me everytime ..
The air conditioning in this place is disgusting. There’s visible mold. Whoever owns this shop should be held accountable. I addressed the problem with a shop attendant and she told me she raised the problem with management many times and nothing has been done. This is disturbing. This store should be shut untill the problem is rectified. Shame on whoever is responsible for this.
