Would not recommend this law firm to anyone serious about advocating for their children’s rights. We had Chelsey and she would not return any calls messages or discuss any movement that was happening. She still has all the files regarding this item and will not arrange a pick up or mailing, and not once did she advocate for me and my right or the safety and well-being of my child. I have been left in a limbo losing more precious years and have to start from square one. Would strongly recommend NOT using this lawyer if you are trying to exercise your rights as a parent.

Was recommended by our realtor, and was not disappointed. Great service, very thorough, speedy and was able to find an error that my original solicitor didn’t when originally purchased the property. Error was corrected and provided a smooth transaction of ownership. Thank you Steven & Julia! 🙂

I contacted Kimberly McCurdy 5 days ago, as well as her assistant, both by email. I had been recommended by a collegue. We requested a consultation. We have wasted 5 days waiting for some form of communication, but received nothing. I would never use this firm or anyone associated. People are busy, but this is just rude.

    K. McCurdy Left my file open for a year after first visit and deposit, dismissed over 10 times in 12 months, said separation was almost done every call she was unavailable no return calls or Messages had to go into office physically and report her. I need a bulldog but she didn’t show up, screwed my life, family and took my money

Very unprofessional staff and would never recommend that anyone use them. My grandmother and I met with Mr. Mosher months, if not a year, ago to have her will drawn up. After our initial meeting, she spoke with them once to advise them of a name that needed to be added and that was it. We never received any further communication nor did we receive any type of draft.

I reached out to them for an update and the secretary, Barbara, reached out to my grandmother to verify some details. During the phone conversation, Barbara felt the need to mention multiple times to my grandmother that she could “die tomorrow”. She then went on to continuously advise my grandmother that there are no laws that state that her beneficiary would need to use any funds leftover to pay for her funeral services. After the phone call, my grandmother was very upset and uncomfortable.

After I was advised of what was said during the phone call, I sent an email and asked that they refrain from providing their input. Barbara then replied to me, meaning to respond to Mr. Mosher, insinuating that I’m somehow trying to control my grandmother.

All in all, if you’re looking for slow and rude service then by all means, use this firm.

Excellent respectful service, my will was completed quickly and efficiently online at a very reasonable cost. Barbara Stewart provided simple, understandable information and prompt answers to my questions. It was a pleasure to meet.Barbara and Brian Mosher in person for signing. Best law firm, highly recommended

Needed a title search and lawyer services to buy some land. They got the job done, it just took much longer than I expected. They really need to work on their communication with clients. I was constantly emailing them every week for an update, took about a month and 3 phone calls to have someone answer. Two months later I’m still waiting on final invoicing and for them to send me the reports, haven’t gotten a reply to my emails.

Top Immigration Lawyer Alternatives in Saint John

According to the 2021 Canadian census, immigrants in Canada number 8.3 million persons and make up approximately 23 percent of Canada's total population. This represents the eighth-largest immigrant population in the world, while the proportion represents one of the highest ratios for industrialized Western countries.Following Canada's confederation in 1867, immigration played an integral role in helping develop vast tracts of land. During this era, the Canadian Government would sponsor information campaigns and recruiters to encourage settlement in rural areas; however, this would primarily be only towards those of European and religious Christian backgrounds, while others—particularly Hindus, Buddhist, Shinto, Sikh, Muslim, and Jewish immigrants—as well as the poor, ill, and disabled, would be less than welcome. Following 1947, in the post-World War II period, Canadian domestic immigration law and policy went through significant changes, most notably with the Immigration Act, 1976, and the current Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) from 2002.The main drivers of population growth are immigration, driven mainly by economic policy and also family reunification. A record number of 405,000 immigrants were admitted to Canada in 2021, with plans to increase the annual intake of immigrants to 500,000 per year. New immigrants settle mostly in major urban areas in the country, such as Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver. Canada also accepts large numbers of refugees, accounting for over 10 percent of annual global refugee resettlements; it resettled more than 28,000 in 2018 and has spent $769 million in 2023 alone for free housing and meals.
