  Brenden is a calm professional…his demeanour puts one at ease. One can ask or discuss any/all issues with him without any qualms. He acted very professionally throughout the buy/sell process. He was courteous and an avid listener (I sometime ramble on). I sold my property and bought a property through Brenden. Throughout the process, Brenden advised and informed me about what was happening at the time and what was the best option to take. He had my interests at heart. An example of this was when two offers came in a few hours apart for the sale of my house and Brenden walked through both offers in detail and helped me make a decision. He communicated my wishes explicitly to the buyers and explained the conditions the buyers had on the offer to me. He took me to see whatever property I wanted (I saw quite a few before I made a decision) and recommended a few too. He is very observant and noted flaws and pointed out what could be improved on each property we visited, including location and viability of transportation. He was not pushy, nor did he show any hesitation in walking through certain clauses I did not fully comprehend. In addition, he went out of his way to help me set things right (I thought the thermostat was not working) in the condo I bought. When asked, he sent me lists of contact people for the various aspects of my move (e.g. lawyers, painter) which was beyond his call of duty. I built a good rapport with him and would highly recommend his services, as well as Neuhouzz, to anyone needing to buy/sell a property.

  We can’t say enough about Melissa’s ”go that extra mile” service.

  Our son bought his first home with Melissa’s kind, knowledgable guidance, making his experience 100% positive.

  Shorty after that, Melissa sold our home for a price we were very happy with, while patiently helping us figure out what size of a downsize suited us. She was a joy to deal with every step of the way, and was always available!

  Eanie Sheridan fraudulently leased a space to me & It was never ready on time, when i refused to accept extrnsion & asked for my deposit back he & landlord stopped replying. I called in the office Debra said she will look into it , Then she never called me back. I called back in the office that I did not hear anything, she called back & said that I refused the deal because i left the space after taking possession where i never got possession. This was her research as a broker manager. I asked will i hear back she said i don’t know, This is their professionalism. My deposit is stil stuck. These people who lied has no answer.

  I rented a unit for 1 year. I asked to leave early, the owner agreed as I moved in with my partner. Debbie was unprofessional and incompetent. The day of my move out inspection, after it was completed and after we had weekly discussions regarding the status of me being able to leave, she told me I had to pay a half month for ‘admin fees’ for leaving early. (She also accused me of smoking inside…the owners were appalled to hear such an accusation about me) The owner of my unit(who lives upstairs!) had to tell this company that I would NOT be paying $750 to move out 1 month early. She stated those fees are paid by every tenant who leaves early because the owners would be charged the admin fee for bringing in a new tenant. I gave 3 month’s notice, I had to post my listing to Facebook and get potential tenants as I was also told I couldn’t move out without penalty unless a new tenant was found. I was told for 2 months no ‘good’ candidates had put in an application to rent my unit. (In a rental crisis? Can’t find a tenant??) 1 week before I moved out they suddenly found a tenant. I had to fight for my deposit back and it was not returned for 2 months, it was ‘lost’ in the mail. I had started a claim with the RTB. Do NOT rent from this company.

  James Duri rented a place to me on Ellis street and I moved out when the lease was done. October to October! He was never available to do a walk out, my family even tried to connect with him to do this after I had gone and no response! He refused to send me receipts for (Damages) he says I had done. There were claw marks on the door from a previous tenants dog and a closet in the master bedroom that was broken previous to me moving in! Do not rent from him!! You will not receive any of your damage deposit back unless you take him to the landlord tenancy act! It’s been two months since I’ve moved out and I even tried to talk to someone else and they just said they were sorry and couldn’t help me…. He’s a total crook!
